Yesterday I sent a gift token from Bounty namely Cartesi to Binance.
I used the transaction using MetaMask.
I was shocked that the price offered by GAS was very expensive, Oh My God!
Low = 0.4 USD *
Medium = 0.5 USD *
High = 0.6 USD *
Is this an advantage taken from MetaMask?
Is this an advantage taken from the Miners?
Is this an advantage taken from Ethereum itself?
Does anyone feel the same here?
Do we need to be disappointed about Ethereum here?

I don't know how Ethereum gas fee is so high. I transferred 650 CSTI of Minimum gas fee $0.38. What is the target of MEW. They should decrease gas fee immediately.

The gas fee is high and the coins transactions take so much time to send from one exchange to another becasue peoples will use the crypto market so much and when the transaction limit is increased then it will happened or the bull time is near these are the two reasons.

It could be that this is a fee from MetaMask because MetaMask is the third application that also requires a fee for developing its application, so it's reasonable.

I also think miners are their main thing to take advantage of this high fee because miners do not want to lose money in maintaining their hardware, so they take advantage of Ethereum transaction fees.

Ethereum is independent , Ethereum can't take it for this problem because Ethereum is a Coin and same with noun , transactions using miner and applications .

yes, same with me because this is transactions not different with another coins of Ethereum .

i think depends with case , for this problem is fee , we can't disappointed because we can't succes of transactions if fee not available . Maybe next time miners and applications can change to low fee transactions for life better .

I confirmed yesterday that it takes more transaction fee in Ethereum. I am doing a transaction yesterday. The fee for that transaction is much higher. So my mind is a little disappointed. I use ami ETH wallet the most. The value of my eth transaction is increasing day by day. I have to calculate additional fee for the transaction. Those of us who do regular transactions start to face a little loss. I am interested to know the next update.

I also felt the same way when I tried to send a token. The huge cost made me have to wait for the gas to be a little low to send tokens. Usually I use 2 to 10 gwai and now the price of gas can reach above 30 gwai or more

On a plus side, i think the rate 0.4$ to 0.9$ is a fair rate for gas price in etherum if we consider that the rate for inter country transfer on the international scene costs. Also, this only happen often especially when there is a network clog.

In addition, the gas prices of Ethereum fluctuates, at time is less than $0.5 or $0.6 . I did some transactions from Mytherwallet recently and I was charged a fees of less than a $0.5 approximately 0.002ether(about $0.04 to the current price of ether) as gas fees. I think this fees fluctuate from time to time and may be due to miners contributions for faster transactions speeds, and may also due to network congestions.

I really don't know why the gas is so high. I'm starting to use litecoin or XRP to transfer my funds, the transaction fee of ethereum really hurts me lol.

I think the increase in GAS for this transaction is due to the absence of the lowest and highest GAS rules for each token or EThereum transaction.
So the GAS for this transaction can also change at any time and this is the same as Oil and Gas in prices throughout the world.
It could also be when the OP sent Ethereum and it happened to be a high price, so the OP was surprised to see the fee being charged and maybe now the fee is down from when the OP made the transaction.

Yes, this is very problematic here also but i think we have nothing to do here as there is no regulation body that they can control these fee. If we want to make a transaction successfully we have to give it. But i could not understand what things happened in market so that fees goes high in this pandemic situation. I think everybody is concern about this matter.

Yes you are right, the transaction fee for sending tokens has increased a lot more than before where we have nothing to do; But we suffer. In the current epidemic, none of us are really good, the increase in transaction fees is painful for everyone. Hopefully everyone concerned will understand the matter.

Probably because ethereum network increase in transactions and slowing down ,people don't want to wait a lot of time so they are pay more for a fast tranzactions.When the Ethereum 2.0 will be release all this problems will be sorted out.

Extremely expensive value for Ethereum transactions and this is difficult for Ethereum lovers to accept.

When the market is going to be high at that time the gas fee is high and also the other coins will increase their transaction fee and this is not good becasue so many peoples will buy the coins from different exchaneg and they send it to another and they pay high fee at that time.

It's true, gas price is too high, but think a little. ETH is rising, that is why gas price's doing the same ;)
