Binance coin was hit to Coinmarketcap around 25 Jul, 2017. At the time BNB was trading nearly $0.10 with 10 Mln USD market cap, trading at its own Exchange Binance. whereas at the same time Ethereum was trading around $225 per Eth, having more than 21 Bln USDT Marketcap. Later on Ethereum Blockchain was well in business and marke its all time high price $1368 per coin and its market was cap was above 132 bln usd. This time was early 2018 and all market was at its peak. People were expecting about Ethereum will soon overtake Bitcoin and this all was due to Ethereum Blockchain adoption for new ICOs launching with the help of smart contract of Ethereum Blockchain.
But this all was slowdown gradully due to fake ICOs. With all this happening entire market was in downtrend which is still continue. Where this was badly effect whole crypto market but Ethereum was also in correction and this was lead its value to the agin under $200.
Now here is the other story of Binance. In the same time Binance was in serious busniess and its addoption was over the Moon. So, Binance was in race of becoming World No.1 Exchacge by beating Bittrex and it done the job, the other side its Binance coin was making business day by day.
Binance management very smartly engaging its native coine into miltiple purpose and make it one of the best cryptocurrency in Bolckchain Industry.
We all well aware how last year Binace utlise its Exchange and develop their Binace coin market. Here i want to mention some core businesses operating by Binance Team.

Among above products/services, only Binance Exchange is doing well. I don't find any achievements of the rest, especially Binance Chain and Binance DEX. That's not to mention as long as IEOs trend is fading away, Binance Launchpad will also be dimmed. ETH's marketcap is now 13 times higher than BNB, that's a big difference. I thinke BNB migh tak BCH, BSV or even XRP's place in the future but it's unlikely to take ETH's place. Also, it would be unreasonable if BNB ranked second after Bitcoin in term of market cap. That place must belong to ETH after what it contributed to cryptocurrencies.

I am not seeing a future when BNB will be able to kick Eth as the second largest cryptocurrency existing. I am sure that as BNB can be growing so does the Ethereum network. Hope that one day Vitalik Buterin can see the beauty of getting also into the exchange business and by then let's see which of the two coins will be doing well.

Everything is of course possible, but not at the moment, and I think that binance coin is developing its technologies and capabilities very quickly and I don’t notice this from other altcoins, so anything is possible in the future.

I think binance is much better. In this case, I do not think binance dex and binance chain is big. I don't think there is any achievement in binance dex and binance chain. The current ETH costs much more than binance. However, if the binance coin exceeds the value of eth, it will not be good. Because ETH or other coins have pairs. However, the price of BNB should be a little higher but it is not higher than the price of eth. However, LTC and XRP should be more than these. I don't think about ltc and XRP. However, the condition of BNB is much better than these. So I will support BNB instead of XRP and LTC. Of course BNB will be in a better position.

Indeed, Binance is a rival that threatens its position in the crypto capitalization table with any project. Binance is currently the largest crypto exchange in the world, the fastest in the world, they have their own blockchain and it is really very effective in providing liquidity for assets on the exchange. However, for me, the BNB token temporarily cannot compete with ETH on capitalization, as well as the Binance Chain blockchain cannot replace Ethereum.

At first I thought binance is only limited to Exchange but as the years go by, they are now trying to create a smart contract under binance chain but for me, Binance cannot easily beat ethereum and it will take years for binance to overtake ethereum.

We all know that Binance coin (BNB) price is doing well in terms of price stability because it was attached to the popularity of the Binance exchange thats why It was surprise me at all, But beating Ethereum is another story, Ethereum still the smart contract pioneering platform and It will not be easily defeated.

It is really hard to say about that because nowadays anything can happen. But Bnb coin has a huge potential. Let's see what it will bring to the crypto world.

In my opinion BNB will do more success like ethereum did. Interesting that BNB expanding their project to get more investors. The more they make new system the more they attract and get new support from investors. Let assume one day BNB will surprise the world.

I think it's possible in the future, binance is very succesfull with their own coin and recently the price is climbing. For now i think it's difficult to defeat ethereum as it's has been used and adopted by many people.

If look at it from the investor's perspective, Ethereum is better than Binance, it can be said that Ethereum is "the father of smart contract" and Binance is a follower.

Binance Dex is lack of enough liquidity. BEP 2 is not that popular as ERC 20 is. EThereum blockchain is still dominant over the market and most of the new project issuing their token by using the Ethereum smart contract address. But I think BNB has enough potential to beat Ethereum in the future because there are a lot of sectors where BNB can develop and give a better service.

I prefer Ethereum, the current Binance Coins do show positive changes and improvements but that is still far below Ethereum. Meanwhile, if the price of the BNB goes up, the prices of other Altcoins like Ethereum also go up. Because Binance price changes are also affected by changes in the price of Bitcoin even though it is indirectly. The point is I'm not sure that the Binance Coins will be able to defeat Ethereum in the future, Ethereum is too strong to defeat.

We are all aware of the reasons why binance coin is surging in the first place, it is all about IEO and the achievement of binance. What will happen if the achievement of binance fade away? apart from using it for IEO, what other use is related to bnb? I guess the coin may fade away with time.

well, actually Binance coin (BNB) is a promising coin in which this is new enough. however, this has great volume moreover with the big name of Binance as the biggest exchange in the crypto world. But, ETH is also a coin that has great volume and value and it will be very difficult to beat it.

Very huge possibility. In as much as Ethereum has it pros and cons, so does Binance. Binance is quite innovative and smart in fast implementation, the project sure has a lot of potential considering its own technicalities. Ethereum has gained a place in the cryptospace and it will certainly maintain it place for long as the blockchain is steadily getting modernized to meet current realities.

There are improvements in every step of Binance Exchange. Binance exchange specializes in positive judgment of all tokens. However, the rest of the Binance exchange soldiers are not so good. Binance DEX, Binance Chain, Binance Fiat services, Binance Launchpad, Having giant partners. But I think BNB coin can be better than ether. Because there are many investors in BNB coin. BNB will improve further. The price of BNB will increase and become popular.

We cant say it but Binance and ethereum are two of the most powerful platform in altcoin projects. You can see how Binance progress on any aspect. From finance, defi, gaming and peer to peer they are ahead of other exchanges and this is a good move for their team while eth still on confusion on investors whether their planned migration will pursue this year or will have another delay again. But all in all, Im supporting these two and part of my portfolio as well.

I think the BNB will never surpass Ethereum, and even more so Bitcoin. Because Ethereum was and is a popular coin that almost every crypto enthusiast uses.

Both Binance coin (BNB) and ethereum (ETH) are worthy and good altcoins. Thye have their own value and utility. Ethereum is the most used altcoin and its platform is also the most used. BNB also comes from the top exchange in the crypto world and it will be always used as long as the exchange still exists. So the prediction may be difficult. but for me, I still believe that ETH is better.

BNB ROI for the 2018 till 2020 is actually insane, but will it beat Etherum, differently not in the next couple years.
Etherum is actually the next big thing after Bitcoin.
Old Gurus like bitcoin & Ethereum is hard to even think that you'll take over them, but this doesn't mean that BNB is not a good choice to be in your portfolio, actually it would be dumb no to have it from now on (like TC & ETH).
BNB future is more than bright indeed & it will be sooner or later & $50 or even $100 coin.

Binance exchange is popular exchange in cryptomarket lot of users are using this exchanges this is the favorite exchange of many cryptocurrency users but binance dex, binance chain is not perfect for new projects still many potential erc20 projects are coming in cryptomarket , coming days ethereum will add more future in Ethereum network so I think binance will not beat ethereum.

I think it is possible but no in the near future,and probably never.I cant see a reason that BNB would able to replace nor beat ETH
in the future. If comparing on both chains for now I don't see innovative thing on BNB which is not done by ETH, and we know how do smart contract is revolutionary and that's the main weapon of ETH.

Binance very much popular and exclusive exchange supported coins in the coins market cap. On the other hand Etherium is the second favourite cryptocurrency in the cryptocurrency world market. So two coins have a better future value. But exchanges support coins always good and worthy to invest.

Not at all ethereum network is the biggest crypto based project with highest transactions and revenue with hundreds of projects, dApps and DeFis ethereum network has no real competitor and holders should stay patient because next peak price would be huge.

In my opinion, Binance is very difficult to get that position from Ethereum, because Binance is too centralized, they and one company and seek profit, do not follow the original idea of Bitcoin like ETH. They may be the top 1 exchange, but overall Ethereum blockchain will remain one of the largest blockchains besides bitcoin.

I don't think Binance is competing to beat Ethereum. These coins are good and they have different functions. So, I don't think Binance will defeat Ethereum. It is the fact that Binance is the highest exchange in the world but Ethereum is also favorite for most people. Anyway, I am not really sure in what aspect you think Binance to defeat Ethereum? Can you explain it!!

I think Binance coins would a good competitor of Ethereum because Ethereum second popular cryptocurrency in CMC and Binance is a widely paired exchange backup coins. So i think Binance coins never replace Ethereum but would be good compitetor.

Everything can happen at any time because an altcoins are not connected with the price, capacity, news at this time.
Okeh, now Etheruem is at number 2 CoinMarketCap but maybe next year or extraterrestrial EThereum can be abdicated and replaced by Binance, we all don't know about this when we plunge into an uncertain world (cryptocurrency).

Everything is possible in crypto sector. But i think as competitive market ETH team must try to connected in number 1 SL in altcoin and i think they will gain it. They have huge experience about market and previously they compit with XRP. Binance team also much active at present time but they have to walk long run to beat ETH.

I don't think it's right to compare these 2 coins. You understand these are completely different coins with completely different purposes. ETH is a coin with technology that has long gained a name and fame. Many different projects are being developed on this technology. BNB is an ordinary exchange coin that has a limited circulation and is used on the exchange. I do not see any prospects in the BNB. So BNB is a coin of a popular exchange and I am sure that the owners of the exchange pump it from time to time. This coin can be considered as an investment for earnings, but it is not at the level of ETH. Moreover, the BNB coin exists as long as there is an exchange. There is no exchange - no coin

I think it is possible. Especially, the Transaction speed feature on Binance is extremely fast thanks to the ability to process over 1 second up to more than 1 million orders. With this, it could beat Ethereum

Nothing is impossible in Crypto currency market. Ethereum is the oldest coin in Crypto currency. Which is in second position in the market. Where BNB is so far from distance according to the price. But BNB has huge potentiality. It is developing rapidly and getting more popular. So I think it is possible for BNB to beat Ethereum.

Both BNB and ETH are currently good coins in cryptocurrency. In this regard, I, like you, think that BNB will not be able to defeat ETH in the near future. The ETH base is even stronger as larger projects are in the ETH blockchain.
