Title: What's happening with Bitcoin & altcoins?
Post by: alltalk on July 19, 2020, 09:39:02 AM
It was already months that Bitcoin has been struggling to reach the next level ($10,000). There is no a clear sign that Bitcoin continues rising up or declining its price in the near future. Now, some altcoins can increase their prices more than Bitcoin. Some people stated that it may be the bullish time for altcoins. While others still doubted it, and they claimed it is only about temporary pump done by whales. Well, what do you think about this, guys?  :D

The Relationship Between Bitcoin and Altcoins

Bitcoin price movements are generally able to influence Altcoin prices.  The relationship is not always predictable, but there are some of the most common trends.

In simple terms, there have been several trends that have historically occurred between Bitcoin and Altcoins.  However, it should be noted that every event in the future is not necessarily the same as the conditions in the past, and anything can happen.  Some examples of cases that we will discuss are trends that must be considered, not a definite reference in the future.

The exact condition is like the Bitcoin and altcoins are still facing its low market progress. they are not increasing highly but also not decreasing significantly. The price is like sideways. however here, some altocins have great increase in some days likely Doge, Link, and also Compound.

Bitcoin is bitcoin. what I mean is that it doesn't matter whether bitcoin will soar far beyond from its current price or do a contrast movement because it is still the coin that is widely known and use in the world which means it is already accepted.

The oscillation of the BTC should trigger altcoins to start rallying. Hence, the retention prolonged time of the price of BTC could be a sign for Altcoins to start recovering.

Bitcoin already on $9200 - $8800 from 2 weeks , I see that bitcoin doing struggle to touch even $10K .
According to my point of view , bitcoin surely touch $10K with in 3-4 week . Their is higher chance that bitcon start a bull run again within some time .

Bitcoin has already increased in price this year and I think no growth is expected yet, perhaps by the end of 2020 there will be bitcoin pump and possibly altcoins pump, but in general, for now, I think that the growth of the cryptocurrency market is postponed to 2021.

I think they might be taking a break from various declines and price increases every day. Isn't there a lot of coins at this time that should be tradable? In addition, the price of the BTC and other altcoins face difficulties to increase even there are some different progress and also information. Although t is still after halving, I don't think that it an or avail ale. .

You are very true and i am also thinking about this from March when Covid started 2 times its hits the 10k$ but can not go for more and ETH also same as near to 250$. I did not get any actual circumstances for this reason but positive sing is altcoin price moving good and i made trading some altcoin and gain good profit also so i think this is best time for trading also for altcoin and don't think for BTC price.

thanks.

Various factors affect the price of bitcoin and altcoins. They have a different focus, but in general they create the current picture in the cryptocurrency market. In general, in the second half of the summer, there is a general decline in activity in all markets. Apparently, the rise in prices in the cryptocurrency market should be expected no earlier than autumn.

I have also notice this almost stagnant movement of Bitcoin in the marketplace. Maybe, in the coming months big surprises awaits to all of us.. altscoin is not have much bullish in this time. Only very few altscoin increase their value. The very noticeable coin is cardano which has a very huge increase in the fast 3 months. All we can do today, is to wait the next movement of Bitcoin and we all keeping our eyes on it.

Now, some altcoins can increase their prices more than Bitcoin. Some people stated that it may be the bullish time for altcoins.

I think this is the reason why some people doubt because it seems really impossible to increase the price of any particular altcoins more than bitcoin. The bullish of altcoins might happen with btc.😁

Is it the same as in 2017, after altcoin increases, BTC will rise sharply and then altcoins will begin to rally again before it all falls together. Currently I'm seeing the first phase when some altcoin/BTC pairs begin to decline.

Do you see that the current trend in the market probably the same as in 2017?
If it is true, I think it is good news for all crypto holders. We have been waiting for the long term for the significant move on crypto prices. They are too long in bearish, we need a time to sell, not only buying all the time.  ;D

Bitcoin may not have touched $10k yet but in my opinion it's holding strong actually and i won't be surprised if it touches 10k and passes it within this Q3, it seems altcoin is bullish though considering the DeFi hypes and how strong some altcoins are growing these past weeks

Yep. In most cases, Bitcoin must be the first coin to increase before altcoins follows the price move of Bitcoin. We cannot deny that Bitcoin having a big role to determine whether rising up or the decline in altcoin prices. However, there is time that altcoin can improve its price with its own way, but it happens quite rare.

As usual, BTC and also altcoins always experience the fluctuation. although each coin has different fluctuation, it really shows how the legit coins/token will survive in the market and how the bad coins will be shitcoins and dead coins. here, the BTC actually has face the high increase since yesterday. This is a good improvement to be experienced by the BTC ans also some altcoins.

Bitcoin has shown huge growth for past years before falling back to where it is currently for me if price of bitcoin reaches 10k dollar is not actually the first time bitcoin reach that level in the past years 2017 to 2018 bitcoin experience 20k dollar one thing is that whatever goes up must come down and retrace back depending on amout demand and supply.

However, the situation isn't the same like in 2017 or 2018. I think we cannot expect much that the scenario will be the same as in that years. But I am pretty sure  that Bitcoin and altcoins will have bulllrun in the future. May be someday in the end of 2020 or in 2021 or in another year. It isn't easy to know when the bullrun to happen, crypto market is very unpredictable and unstable.  ;)

Bitcoin increase could be the start up to trigger the entire market into bullish season where some altcoins can increase more than 500% progress. Bitcoin now is 10,246 dollars, huge pump anyway in just few days ago.

Bitcoin has increased to $10,762 right now and it seem to be increasing even further. Ethereum is also still surging higher, market is really looking good for altcoins, some projects have reached new all time high this weekend as well. So overall the market is looking very promising for both bitcoin and altcoins

We all agree that Bitcoin first to increase then next altcoins.
Yep, the pattern start with btc down to top altcoins and then domino effect will happen next once slowly or rapid huge pump happen day by day. Seldom altcoins initiate first the increase value then btc because altcoins are not the top coin rather it is bitcoin.

Today, the increase in Bitcoin price was clearly seen higher than altcoins. We don't need to worry about the price move in Bitcoin anymore. It looks okay and very promising to break the next level in price move to have a higher rate. I presonally think that the price can continue to reach around $13K if the demand of Bitcoin is still increasing in the market in the next few months.

Actually we can't judge the price of crypto at glance. The crypto market is always changing. As we can see it now that the price of BTC and most altcoins are really increasing highly. The significance changes can happen so easily in the crypto world

Now the Bitcoin price touch the high at 11k$ and soon it will touch the 20k$ in short time becasue soon it make a bull in the market and its final high is 200,000$.

Well, what do you think about this, guys?  :D
I think that 10,000 USD is still low for the current price of Bitcoin because I see the current price of Bitcoin on the market around 11,300USD.
11,300 USD is a good value for Bitcoin because I am sure it will still go up again considering to reach 20,000 USD it is less than 9,000 USD.

Bitcoin is still in testing to reach 12,000 USD and if it exceeds 12,000 USD it will probably break the price of 13,000 USD. In My Opinion!

I think it's a common characteristics of Crypto currency coin. Bitcoin & altacoin those are divided into two sides. One is bitcoin and another is altcoin. Without bitcoin all are altcoin. My opinion is no altcoin won't beat bitcoin.

yes, bitcoin will continue to increase, maybe it will continue until the next day and obviously this will also make most of the altcoins enjoy the increase to be attracted to the top.

we expect that bitcoin will continue to be corrected to make a sharp increase, because with that it will make the crypto market stretch and attract investors to hunt for potential tokens due to the increase that occurred with bitcoin.

I think they (some) are right, those upside movement of alts are temporarily because most of alts today are on the downward trend.
i will stop today since my trading peers are not OK. most of my selected coins are on downward position.. i just put my notes those who are barely affected by the bearish trend because on the coming days if alts will rise surely those who are on the bottom today will surge high in the coming days.

The price of Bitcoin rose to 12,700 and the price of Bitcoin will increase in the coming days so that by the end of 2020 the price of Bitcoin will drop to 20,000.  Bitcoin is in high demand all over the world.  No matter how many coins there are in the world, the most common coin is Bitcoin which is at the top of the world.
