I successfully made my entry here. Could anyone here can share anything that can help me to be mature in this forum? Anything that can help me to understand what I need to understand, I'm just new here and my interest in learning for crypto is great. So giving me suggestions, advice, and links of information is much appreciated. Thank you all.
Addition: please explain to me what is points, how to get positive and negative karma?
And also about the referral.

I would suggest you is to go through the following in order

4. Check the Altcoins section (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php#c3), to brush your knowledge on Altcoins
5. Feel free to traverse through each and every section of the forum and contribute and earn
In simple terms, Points are gained when you create a new topic or reply to a topic. Since this is a revenue sharing forum you can exchange your points for ALTS (a forum token currently traded at Etherdelta) in the ratio 10:1 once you reach a minimum of 1000 points. Inactivity may result in the loss of points.
As far as Karma is concerned, it has been introduced mainly to avoid spam post by users to gain points.
You post spams in this forum, you get Negative Karma.
You post good content to the forum, you get Positive Karma. Simple as that

In my case, I always read ideas on our local threads , it helps me a lot where I can get answers of my questions from my own language ,
Gain knowledge from others,
then try share some of your ideas in the discussions , the more post you share would help you raise your rank , and also it helps you gain some points,
Negative karma -( -1000 ) you'll get it if you don't follow the rules given
Positive karma ( + 1000 ) you'll have it if you share a valuable thoughts ( but it's not that easy though 😂 )
Then the referral from your profile , you can share it, just copy the link then post it or share it to others . ( teach them step by step how to apply 😬 then put your referral link in their application form ) I don't know if 1 referral is equivalent to a points? 😂
