Title: 80% OF TOKENS LISTING ON CMC and Coingecko HAS NO BOUNTY CAMPAIGN
Post by: tonymillions84 on July 25, 2020, 09:20:20 PM
I don't think i am the only one that focus attention on seeing a bounty project got listed on coinmarketcap or coingecko as a sign fo seriousness. although most shit coins got listed there. some refused to pay hunters even though it's obvious the project has volume, no sales.  i am getting alittle bit furious with crypto because we sent time working on bounty campaigns here, yet New and amazing tokens got listed on exchanges without conducting any airdrops and bounty.

Most of those projects are small MC projects, so teams are probably avoiding bounty campaigns in fear of price dumping. The trend now is unlocking a small circulating supply, so bounty hunters could gravely impact the upward price discovery.

This would always be and will be so. So don't worry.

I think we should not have too negative views on bounty campaigns, and participation is the choice of each person.
Anyway, participating in bounty campaigns is still safer than spending money to buy project tokens.
I don't know the exact reason for what you mentioned, but the bounty campaign cannot determine the future of the project.

Lets think like scammers in here, what the best place to get your tokens noticed a the crypto community know about it?
YES, that's the answer, it's CoinMarketCap, the FREE marketing of your coin (even the shitcoin one).
Shitcoins tend to make it BIG NEWS when their shit coin is listed in CMC, it gives it more " legitimacy " & Free marketing to the target audience (crypto community).
I know this is bad, but the one who don't DYOR or new to crypto will  differently fall for this " wow, it's in CMC, then it's legitimate, i'll buy it & become rich "  ;D

Are you sure about this and have you do some research on this 80%?
Token/coin that is listed in the coin market cap should have some criteria such as its trading volume and also exchanges. They may not give bounty campaigns for right now, but what's about the past? Do most of them also not using bounty campaign? Most of the coins or tokens listed on CMC are those that have been existed in some past years and many of them also had bounty. But the condition is different from now. In 2017, bounty was very great to participate and almost all ICOs used this program.

Having a bounty is not so critical for a project to succeed though it can be a good way to spread the news and to kick-start a community which can be needed as a back-up. The fact is that many popular platforms started without any bounty program and the fact that they made it to the top that means that having a bounty is not a big priority at all. However, for those who do we should be in gratitude because they allowed people to take part of its promotions and make some potential money at the same time.
