以太币可能被 SEC 豁免监管

据 nytimes，硅谷风投 Andreessen Horowitz 带头的风险资本工作组 Venture Capital Working Group 在与美国证监会 SEC 的会谈中，提议部分虚拟货币豁免证监会监管，认为以太币已经变得相当去中心化，不应被视为证券。若 SEC 不将以太币视为证券，即可豁免 SEC 相关监管。
