I don't think any altcoins existing now or that are yet come will be able to beat or even reach Bitcoin records so far. In development, Bitcoin has achieved wonderfully well,check out it's mas adpotion, world wide acceptance, popularity, excellent awareness in terms usage and huge benefits, very wonderful; the list is enormous. I think Bitcoin will continue to creat more records tjat no altcoins will achieve.

I have not confirmed the increase whether it is the quickest period of BTC reaching higher prices so far or not. However, whatever the record, I am pretty sure that the progress of the BTC market is going up significantly and we must hope for it for the best time now. And here, we can see how BTC becomes so booming and bullrun in the quick period. But watch out of the market traps that may happen.

I agree that it seems no altcoins to have a chance to achive or break what Bitcoin reaches till now. Bitcoin has the highest value in crypto market and it can influence the value of other coins/tokens. Also the popularity of this coin is growing day by day quickly. Well, I still don't see other coins/tokens to have the same criteria like Bitcoin.

Bitcoin, of course, is incredible and I am sure that no any altcoin can surpass Bitcoin either in the present or in the future, and therefore the future is for Bitcoin and of course new heights are expected very soon.

What do you mean by breaking the record? Well, so far in the current crypto market, the price of BTC increases so significantly. It has reached the significant changes more than $11k. However, it still doesn't attack the record where the ATH was about $20k.

Bitcoin was recording. If a person or something else records then that record is broken. But bitcoin's record could not break any altcoin. In fact, there is no altcoin or cryptocurrency that can compete with bitcoin. But I remember there was an altcoin that wanted to cross the price of bitcoin. But that was a scam. But I don't remember the price of that coin. So no cryptocurrency like bitcoin will be born. So bitcoin is the best of all coins.

I doubt it, I still think that Bitcoin will be always the king of crypto forever. So, there is no chance for other coins/tokens to replace Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a special coin and it is the pair of almost all coins. That's a strong reason for Bitcoin to exist as the king a long time.

Bitcoin has certainly recorded. No other cryptocurrency can break the record of bitcoin. I know that bitcoin is the most popular cryptocurrency. So even if you break the record of any other cryptocurrency. Bitcoin will not be as popular. Because looking at the marketcap, it must be noticed that most buy and sell is bitcoin. So I don't think bitcoin can be an alternative to any cryptocurrency. So it is not possible to break the record of bitcoin.

as of the moment, there is no other coins to challenge BTC in the crypto currency ecosystem. All popularity and adoption was taken by Bitcoin as the leader of them all. As we can notice the market most of the alts coins are dependent on the movement of BTC. prices of the market were clearly influence by BTC movement. So I don't think theres something out there to outrun BITCOIN as of now.

Bitcoin is the first Crypto currency in the world. Now approximately over 1500 currency existing in the Crypto currency market. There is no alt coin in the market which is half of the bitcoin according to the price. So it's very clear that no coin in the world breaking the record of Bitcoin.

The price per bitcoin goes to 20k all time high back on 2017. Year 2018, 2019 and the Q1, Q2 of 2020 bitcoin experienced difficulty to cross over 10k. Now it is gaining strength to go up again and could reach 20k before this year end. If ever the rallies continuously bitcoin can cross 12k this day, the price now is $11,677.66.

Bitcoin has been btc records since the beginning of it launched. The thing is, they are afraid to make it public, they don't want the mass to get on board while I still believe that many of them still hold BTC in secret.

Yes it's really had a breaking record if you just see the chart for this past few years in the stock market of Bitcoin you can see how the bitcoin really growing faster. But they not showing it to the public, But more investors try to invest in Bitcoin because they seeing a big blown for the bitcoin for this upcoming year.

Cool. I've just gotten into crypto and I've split my spending about 1:7 Etherium/Bitcoin...and I hope to build up to at least one Bitcoin to be held longterm. Altcoins seem very speculative to me...I want to know a lot more about the individual schemes they're based on before committing any money to them.

I think all opinions can and can do nothing to prohibit, but what you are saying seems very ambitious and in fact what bitcoin needs right now is to break $ 12K and maintain that momentum from falling back.

There are a lot of crypto currency in the world but bitcoin now leading the crypto world.Some countries has already permitted only bitcion for transaction and many countries are considering to permit. As a strong network and to see the popularity of bitcoin I think its not so easy to other coin to take the position of bitcoin.

there are altscoins that surpass Bitcoin price even until today, just recently YFI or yearn finance has just traded at the highest peak of over $16k against 1yfi. but we are talking about capitalization then their are no other alts beat BTC on that matter. BTC still holds the highest marketcap among them all.

What kind of record it should be? If it relates to the price, it ever hit its ATH. However now it is still struggling. We cannot always expect BTC to always hit that ATH. If it relates to the power of BTC among the other cryptocurrencies, I don't think it will concern with the record. each coin has its own value and they can develop and worthy by their own.

The bitcoin record tends to hold on to the top, because the movement of all altcoin prices follows the btc price movement, if the btc price goes down other altcoins are likely to go down too, so I think bitcoin will stay on top in the cryptocurrency world

agree, that until now no one has tried altcoin to shift the might from bitcoin, because bitcoin is indeed the king of tokens in crypto to date. investors are very interested in placing their funds in bitcoin to produce the best at a certain time. although top-ranked altcoins are also in high demand.

I have seen many prediction at this forum. Many people hope bitcoin will break the record. It will pass 2016 record. I personally also believe bitcoin halving will successful at the end of this year. I still hold my bitcoin and wait. I hope will get big profit at this year.

I hope It will happen mate, Bitcoin will break the record like 2016-2017. But I see bitcoin is still recovering now, I hope bitcoin halving will affect the price of bitcoin this year. Many people have bought and hold bitcoin . They believed will get big profit this year or early the next year.

In crypto currency bitcoin is only the coin which have many records. In 2017 every day btc makes record. There is no coin in the world who break it's record. today as i write bitcoin was fall hard in the marketplace. its was traded recently at $12k but suddenly when september comes it drops to less than $11K and it was on the edge of falling beyond the $10k level. As many people creating hype for bitcoin that this year it will come to break the record but if we see the market today it far to happen.

What do you say that bitcoin will break records in one day is not correlated with what you say next, it seems there are still doubts about bitcoin.
instead, bitcoin will continue to strengthen after the end of the year and continue until the next year where it is estimated that next year is the strongest year of bitcoin which can even exceed several times from 2017. We hope that happens and we just wait for it.

That will not be possible because so far the price movement of bitcoin depends on the interaction between buyers and sellers at the exchange, so if no one buys bitcoin then the price will not go up.
