I think you misunderstood the thread from the OP.
Please reread the thread again and you will understand a little about the word "Tendies".
It looks like these Tendies are new tokens that are created to resemble the DeFi-based DOGE.
Most of the DeFi tokens have less than usual tokens are created but for these tendies are created a lot and the same as DOGE.

As with most hyped and dumped coins Tendies are discovering its bottom still there is some volume, again need to be careful when purchasing newly minted coins/tokens most of them tend to loose value shortly after pumping hard just after release

Form the recent social media popularity and so-called the Joke-video make the Dogecoin viral and many new users invest in it which ultimately pumps the dogecoin price.
