Is ETC 102% Screwed After Second 51% Attack?

Ethereum Classic has suffered its second 51% attack in a week after 4,000 blocks were reorganized earlier today. See more for yourself here (https://cointelegraph.com/news/is-etc-102-screwed-after-second-51-attack).

Vitalik Buterin was right, ETC also needs to switch to PoS to ensure high security and avoid upcoming 51% attacks. This not only makes sense for the ETC price but also the benefits of the entire Ethereum Classic platform.
