Miraculously, the Petro Coin still exists in Venezuela, and it seems to be the beginning of the crypto economy in this volatile country, unfortunately the Petro is in the hands of the government, as such, decentralization will not be guaranteed.
The crypto tax act is a good step, but I don't understand how they will track the transactions, while most of them are anonymous.

The Petro coin should have been very popular and widely-used right now but the thing is that this is backed by a government which has little trust by the people. Who would guarantee that the government will not be doing anything bad with it when the control rest on the government? No wonder they are now forcing this to the people.
