I think the person who asked that question is indeed very smart and critical in thinking.
I am also very interested in discussing this because if Tether was created just like that without any original Fiat collateral, it means that Tether is just an empty coin with no USD value.

If that explanation can't be answered by the team from Tether then I think it's a big mistake they created Tether.
