I doubt that the campaign will do it now. They are doing very well in the traditional market, and the implementation of tokens may cause unnecessary legal problems with the U.S. government. Although Ilon Mask spoke positively about the blockchain technology, its implementation in his campaigns can be extremely difficult, given that he is based in the United States.
