What's in your opinion are the best DEFI projects to invest crypto in for now?

For now the Defi Project is indeed quite good and has good potential when viewed from the coins from Defi which have quite good prices.
However, it is possible that Defi will stop halfway, and the Defi coin is no longer being looked at by investors. Be careful with your money, keep an eye on the coins you invest.

YFI, DIA is also very good for investing. I mention polkadot because in the top 10 so it can be taken into count.

I would not recommend any DeFi projects for investment. Yes, there is a lot of excitement and chances to invest profitably, but the risks that these tokens will fall soon, as well as it has already happened with a YAM token is too high.
