Binance has blacklisted the addresses involved, is it impossible for a hacker to use that amount of BTC on Binance or will that amount of BTC be recovered by Binance and returned to the owner? Obviously 1400 BTC is a huge asset to anyone, it would be great if the victim got his fortune back. I think he will then consider buying some hardware wallets to protect his property.
