i am building a online mall,would you invest in it ?
i decided to change the layout style do to fact there could be thousands of nav links and to use wordpress as main cms as it is easier to manage by people

To be honest, I don't really understand what the essence of your online store is (if you look at this layout). I did tell you the truth, understanding this diagram is not possible for the lame minds, i personally understand but I have to tell that it did be better if you explain this project in details using a kind of document or white paper, this diagram will be too complicated for many people to understand.
If you follow my advice, maybe you might just find some people Interested to invest in your project.

You didn't state whether your intended online mall will be global or target certain geographical territory.
Then what value are you adding that will make business owners to opt for your service?
Apart from rent, what other ways will the online mall generate revenue for the business and investors?
Then finally, you stated that 30% of the rent will be distributed to the investors while 70% will go back to the shop owners, so as the founder, what goes to you or the company as reserve?

btw, for funding maybe you can try visiting your local bank, I think this is the best way...
currently, with the high online business market, many banks are ready to become funding for start-ups. you just have to prepare a good concept and also a competent team.
