Dear admin, You are right. Here we need to work to improve the forum. But there is no such thing as we always have to be active. As long as we are active in this forum, we will contribute to the improvement of the forum. Because you gave us the responsibility. We who are moderators must not accept any spamming here. I do other things, of course. I constantly revolve around the posts in the forum and see who is posting what. I hope I will sign the forum improvement. You have given us responsibility and we who are the moderators can keep the dignity in this responsibility. You be kind to us.

We all eager to help this forum as a matter of fact that's the main purpose. Supposedly, the moderators are the one should make a move showing how active and helpful they are towards of their respective responsibilities. Unfortunately, not so sure about this, but some moderators are in a silent mode. They are not showing much efforts to make their respective areas to become more active. Maybe that's the only thing they can do base on their capability to handle.

I think the moderators have been given the responsibility of the sections. Those moderators are very careful about those sections. I am talking about myself. I am very careful in my section. The number of users in my section has increased a lot. The subject is great. I rate users there to be comfortable. But I think all moderators do the same thing.

I agree, moderators have this in common - trusted responsible and active while they are judging fairly every post. Pardon if there is wrong words that I mentioned.
