Today, Binance posted announcement in their official Russian channel that they received an email about the inclusion of https://www.binance.com in the domain name register containing information prohibited for distribution in Russia. The email shows that this is information about the possibility of acquiring an electronic cryptographic currency (Bitcoin).
Binance team will continue to work for their Russian users, they've suggested to use VPN or PC/mobile app to access binance, the wesbite isn't blocked yet and they are going to appeal against this decision.

I used to think that Russia is ready for cryptocurencies & crypto exchanges, this move shows that the Russian government is still conservative and quite negative on crypto & related issues. This is not uncommon in a country like Russia, where the government is afraid of losing control of the economy. Hoping that Binace will be able to compromise with the Russian government, maybe they will need to list and pump the price of Putin coin?

Most likely, the Russian government may want to receive regular information from Binance about the financial activities of Russian citizens. I had no doubt before that the authoritarian current leadership of Russia would prevent its citizens from free access to international trading exchanges and free trade in cryptocurrency. It is unlikely that this exchange will establish normal relations and cooperation with the Russian government.

Russian society is ready for a crypto, unfortunately the state is not. Not so long ago Binance added a ruble to the exchange and a direct deposit and withdrawal to a bank card. They have thousands of users, we have a lot of blockchain projects and influencers, but there is no normal regulation, only laws against crypto. The same government agency blocked the Bitcointak for the same reason not so long ago, the forum is available with a VPN only, binance is still available without it.

This is bad news, a famous exchange like Binance is blacklisted by the Russian government, I can't imagine if that happens in my country. Btw does anyone know what is the reason?

The reason is stated in the OP, this is because buying bitcoin is prohibited in Russia.
