It can be easily seen that one of the important reasons for the price of YFI being pushed up as high as it is now is because of the limited supply, only 30K tokens instead of 21M like BTC. Also, the psychology of investors who have been FOMO :)
Obviously YFI doesn't have much real value, other than governing and running the entire network. I used to think that the reason came from the passive profits that YFI brings, but that is not enough to explain the $30-40K price.

The information provided is quite useful in order to understand the essence of the YFI project. So far, I don't see any particular value in this management token. New, with some innovations, but generally a common project of money management and the ability to vote on the direction of its use. The small number of tokens issued does not justify such a high rise in its price. It seems that after a certain time, their price will drop to normal levels and investors will lose their money.
