Title: Topics with contacts (outside forum)

Where does posts like that belong to? I thought of reporting each of them to be transferred to incentivized posting or just spam but I'm not sure. I think it's not necessary to ask members to contact them outside the forum because it can be discussed here.

Perhaps it can be considered as selling their service and belongs to Marketplace (Advertise your stuff) (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=288.0)? When you think of it, they could be offering a free consultation at first then sell products later on.

I think the post into the advertising or marketplace category. I think a post like that can be moved by global mods to the proper section
