Unicap is a popular cryptocurrency project which ETHEREUM based platform. I already joined unicap project bounty campaign. But they paused bounty campaign without pre announcement.

I did not participate in this project, I hope a lot of DeFi projects offer new concepts that make DeFi an investment consideration

Why are there many decentralized exchanges keep on popping up in every crypto nook and cranny. Yet nobody is checking up or regulating them? It is high time these things are put under checks and balances for security sake
