The emergence of insurance policies for cryptocurrency will greatly increase the popularity of the cryptocurrency itself, since it puts it on a par with other types of traditional business. This, of course, will not reduce the number of crimes committed in cryptocurrency, but it will significantly reduce the risk in it for market participants.

Yes, insurance is really a great boost for crypto adoption if it succeed in the entire crypto economy, and it will definitely increase people's interest and usage globally.
This will be a big plus to the development of crypto world wide; a situation that will also help to pump the prices coin/token to a new level than what it is currently trading now(2020).
