Stablecoins race ahead: Fiat-backed crypto booming amid uncertainty

Stablecoins are taking over the crypto space with increased utility and circulation. What is prompting this growth, and is it a threat to the market?

The number of stablecoins is constantly increasing as the cryptocurrency market grows. The stabelcoin DAI from the DeFi sector has already exceeded 1 billion coins. On the Coinbase exchange, they even charge 2% per annum on deposits in DAI.

It is amazing for this stable coin to be able to compete with Bitcoin, Ethereum and various other altcoins.
But in my opinion, this stable coin is a coin that is able to support all existing altcoins, with a stable coin at least the unpredictable altcoins still have a high price and are not too dump.

This is just my thought because I see that all the altcoins have stable coins that must have an existing price and are expensive

Stable Coin will never be a threat to cryptocurrency, it is precisely this stable coin that can become a benchmark for newborn altcoins.
With many stable coins in the market to support buy orders from altcoins the altcoins will have a price.
Or by means of the smart contracts, the altcoins have large stable coins and it is certain that these altocins have prices in various markets.
