Thanks for posting, this is an important message - one should never keep funds on the exchange, always transfer back to a wallet to ensure safety.

Experience is the best teacher. Not secure to keep money in exchange due to recent rampant instances of exchange hacked. Yeah, better to keep it in cold wallet at least less possibility of hacking.

My experience was regretting, when I sold all my Eth in 2015 without knowing that it could change my financial ability in 2017-2018 Bullrun, that was attained the All-time high price of Ethereum, While the second regrettable mistake in crypto is during 2018-2019 when I'm "holding" many altcoins, in hoping to gain some profit out of it, but it was ended up nothing but back to back loses due to the bearish market situation at that time.

It was since 2018 and I got into the crypto world. In this situation, the crypto world is still booming and the market was bullish. But suddenly it dropped too much until everyone is dropping and being interested with the uniqueness, negative and positive sides when they are turning

Hacking is present every where. You should know, many banks of the different countries has been hacked several times.  But activities of Banks have not been shut down. Customers are also existed. Crypto market is not out of this risk. But we cannot leave the market for this reason. In this case we should be very careful. We should takes different security measurs to protect our account. Exchanges always try to give their best security. I think they will be more conscious so that further hacking is not occurred.

Current conditions are not good because many people have been affected by Covid so that the current financial condition is not good and many coins tend to collapse.

I don't think we should leave the market either, just use protective measures as much as possible.
But it's hard to compare exchanges with banks - if a major bank gets robbed or hacked into it's still unlikely for you to lose your money and never get it back. With crypto unfortunately that is often the case.

Every experience both nice or bad one in the cryptocurrency world are very worthy. From this, I can learn how to be a good person that must always make certain research and consideration before deciding something. Additionally, this cryptocurrency also has offered many profits for me. I also can widen my mind in the crypto world. although crypto is very risky, I love being here.

I have sweet and bitter testimonies from crypto currency and i think they have helped in one way or the other made me learn. For example, the exits of cryptopia made lots of people appreciate the fact that the best way to store your assets is in your private wallet or cold storage.

To be honest, there are a lot of good experiences than bad experiences that I have had so far and my worst experience is losing my wallet due to my own fault, I didn't enter my Ethereum wallet address (I put my private key instead) into google form when registering the bounty and good experience  is I make a lot of money from crypto.

My experience is almost the same. I have also had the experience of losing some important coins due to taking too long to store on the exchange. So I suggest that we have to have good security. And must be careful.

My experience in cryptocurrency is almost the same. My funds were not lost on any exchange; However, several other valuable coins, including my Ethereum, disappeared from My Ether Wallet (MEW). One day in early 2019, I opened my wallet and saw that I did not have any valuable currency, only worthless and the only ones that are not in the market. I still don't understand how the hacker got into my wallet that day.

Initially, I learned how to trade, but then I realized that I only lose money on trades. Then I started doing bounties and earned my money back.

Exchange wallet is the first priority of hacker's group.

It was in 2017 the first time I got into the crypto world. Being a bounty hunter and also an airdrop hunter. At that time, I only focus on doing my tasks, but couldn't choose the right project. I also got many experiences on scams and legit projects

I haven't had many bad experiences yet. because it is still playing it safe with safe coins like ethereum. But the bad experience might be from the bounty coin whose price goes down immediately and gets a project scam.

Being a hunter I'm optimistic enough to handle my expectations that one day if I hit the right project, probably I will earn more than enough to level my efforts and hard work. We have our own experiences that some went to tragedy while working hard. Unfortunate is part of life doing in crypto. The more we try and try, the more we learn from experience.

Haha, I entered the crypto market when I was inspired by a leader. He introduced us to Bitconnect & RegalCoin project :)
I didn't invest in these 2 projects because I didn't trust them, but I signed up for the MEW wallet via the link he shared with the entire community: myetherwalíet (please check carrefully), then I lost all my crypto assets in there, worth about 2-3 ETH. I think the culprit is the leader & his team.
A sad memory in the crypto industry, when trust has been betrayed.

Keeping all your funds in an exchange wallet is never recommended. Only transfer the amount to your exchange wallet which you want to trade otherwise keep them in your own private wallet to stay safe.

There are already too many experiences in cryptocurrency, I'm confused about how to tell you about it. But I can say that I have got both good and bad experiences. Cryptocurrency really helps my life, it can bring some money for me. Even if I can't get money from crypto every week, but it already gives enough money for me.

You already shared your cryptocurrency experience and emotions but I have also a bad experience in cryptocurrency. I lost all of my counting house token due to wallet hacked. I don't forget it anyhow.
