Changes to the cryptocurrency exchange’s User Verification Programme mean users must now be fully verified by early November. Crypto exchange BitMEX is making changes to the rollout plan for its User Verification Programme KYC procedures, accelerating the date for users to be fully verified to November 5, 2020. Full verification by this date will be necessary for a user to continue trading on the platform.

I think this will give their privacy the knowledge of many people, so in my opinion it will only make a lot of people lose if their identity is used for crime and traded on the black market.
