Anyone can be a influencer depending on their power and audience. Cz tweet can make investors to rush to get a token because they believe his word and actions are always true. His tweet can awake a dead projects to been alive making a tweet to list that particular coin/token.
Let's say Trump for example tweet "BITCOIN is my favorite digital currency" what do you think will happen to the market?
Definitely everyone will fomo because they may hope BITCOIN and cryptocurrency will be recognized by US making it a legal investment in US country and other countries.

In these days, the social media made an enormous and very influential rise in our society wherever one can be in the planet. That power to influence has been so great so much so that some people are now calling this as a source of problems and manipulations. The same thing can be said with influencers endorsing projects all because we know that these influencers are having financial interest behind what they are doing. We can never expect these influencers to have analyzed well whatever they are pushing because at the end of the day it is all about money. That is why I am always careful with these popular and not-so-popular people in social media highlighting a certain project.

I think that was an overestimate, Imagine $22Billion dollars for just promoting, ICO's by the way who's in the right mind now that continually trust the scammed ICO method of raising funds, projects are leaving ICO's already because it has a bad reputation due to scams and frauds that continue to happen, so I think its just only assumption because $22Billion is too high to attained.
