Title: Will the IEO on Binance Continue?
Post by: aiviaa485 on November 07, 2020, 04:44:10 AM
I look at my smartphone every day for the Binance application and find that there are no longer IEOs (I mean there weren't many IEOs when it first happened like BTT).
Will the IEO on Binance continue or not ?
Or maybe there is another method besides IEO ?

An IEO is an Initial Exchange Offering (if I'm not mistaken).
As long as the IEO provides benefits for the exchange, I make sure that the IEO will continue to exist anytime.
Centralized exchange has the goal of seeking profit, as long as there are benefits from the various programs, I make sure the IEO will continue to exist.

For about other methods but ICO, IDO, IEO I admit I don't know yet because maybe this is my limitation for cryoptocurrency.

Binance has been doing excellent job in IEO launchpad for the last 2 years but recent few months they haven't launched any new IEO. It may have few reasons:
1. They haven't find any qualified projects
2. Projects that applied didn't fulfill the requirement of Binance IEO Launchpad.
3. Covid 19 may have impact of sufficient application of Binance Launchpad.

As an investor in Binance, I am also eagerly waiting for new IEO launchpad. Every investors in the previous IEO launchpad received minimum 2X to 5X profits.

At the moment, we still have not figured out which form of fundraising is more effective than IEO, even many projects still conduct ICO & STO because they do not receive support from reputable crypto exchanges.
Binance is the largest crypto exchange in the world, its reputation ensures projects reach many investors, and the token price after listing is stable, not unexpectedly sold off. Most of Binance's IEOs in 2020 are profitable for investors.
I think it's just a period of slowdown for the IEO now, maybe because everyone wants to watch the US election :)

IEO will continue its journey for sure here in crypto space dude, especially if every exchange will allow it which means the opportunity for every crypto hunter will continue for sure. But if the exchange owner finds out that they can't get any benefit from the IEO it will surely end for them to promote the coins in different exchange platform.

of course, IEOs on Binance will continue to exist...
IEOs have become a profitable business, especially Binance which charges high rates for listings on their exchange. Cryptocurrency is already a lucrative billion-dollar business.

I guess you just missed the fact the Binance just finished another IEO couple days ago. IEO helps them to make good partnerships and immediately help new partners to grow and IEO helps to rise BNB price, so they will continue to make IEOs.

I don't see Binance stopping its IEO launchpad soon, though the rate of conducting IEOs may be slowed down depending on project quality and market sentiment.

Don't forget that Binance incubates crypto projects too and its launchpad is an opportunity to help these start-ups raise additional funds to meet their development goals.

So yes, Binance IEO will still continue.

Binance is carefuly selecting projects to qualify in their launchpad, not just the fee the project is paying to them.

IEO will stay, It can use for start up projects to have funding.

IMHO, I think they are just being cautious because of the recent Defi hype, I believe that Binance dont want the Defi crazed to steals the IEO spotlight thats why they are just holding it for a while thats what I thought because I was trying to participate in every Binance IEO, but I'm not lucky enough to be chosen because it is a lottery system so its more a luck factor.

If I'm not mistaken, Binance still conducts IEOs and will conduct IEOs as long as it will be profitable, because we all know that for the IEO on Binance you need to pay about 1 million dollars and I do not think that the Binance CEO will refuse such an amount from each IEO, and Binance is the most popular cryptocurrency exchange for IEOs, so Binance CEO will in no way refuse to conduct IEOs.

Format exchanges often suffer from maintenance errors and can not help but mention the background led to the trend in the binance launchpad IEO  token sales market. After saving the key you can load it into the Choose Wallet next step to continue so that the exchange will automatically move to the new token format IEO does not apply to all cases.

I think that IEO, ICO, or others will remain as long as it is profitable for the parties concerned, for example exchanges. Regarding the number of platforms that host IEOs at this time (perhaps) many platforms hold back their desire to host IEOs until market conditions have fully recovered.

I have realized it.
Well, every exchange should have its own consideration of whether to accept holding IEO again or not. But now, They may focus on DeFi projects. There are also new ways of token sale that they probably offer. And here, we can also see how a top coin may also offer high cost for IEO and many new projects better choose other lower exchanges to do the initial exchange offering And soon after listing, commonly they target Binance for listing.

Of course, IEOs will continue to take place across all exchanges, including Binance.  After all, they themselves are interested in increasing the volume of trading, because this increases the popularity of their exchange.  Also, if Binance charges $ 1 million to ensure the listing, that exchange itself should be interested in increasing the number of IEOs.

Binance makes selections for projects that run IEO here.  Not only does it take money to do it there but they are binance doing the best for investors so that they get a quality project and avoid fraud. That's what causes me to always be optimistic if there are projects that do IEO in binance

Yes, I think IEO will continue in binance. I have seen that there are many conditions for running IEO. So not all tokens or coins are listed in binance. Good quality coins are run in binance. Coins that are not good, IEO is not run.

Due to some partnership problems coins are gradually going back to ICO handled by themselves. Most projects are becoming more visible and created a tracking record to allow people have a level of trust on them. So Binance IEO will continue but not as frequent

Currently binance is one of the best exchanges. Running IEO of any project is much more successful. So good teams or management run or list their project binance IEO. So I think exchange is very important for the project. Listing on good exchanges tends to lead to higher prices.

I assume that IEO on Binance continues. Why? IEO has a good reputation so far and completely can replace ICO very well. Investors seem quite satisfied with IEO because they can choose coins that are already listed on exchanges. They don't need to guess on what exchanges the tokens to be listed for the first time as in ICO. Especially for IEO on Binance, investors are really interested to join because of the popularity and trust to the Binance exchange.

I agree with you, IEO on Binance will continue even though there are currently no new IEO on the exchange. Binance is a big exchange and has a good name in the Cryptocurrency world, If there is an IEO on this exchange then the public will believe it is the IEO of a good project.  It's possible to List IEOs on Binance cost a fortune, so IEO are very rare on this Exchange.

I ever heard that Binance may no longer hold IEO for any coin. Is it because of the DeFi projects that are now very booming? Or what kind of issues? However, this doesn't seem to be matter because only a few projects that can hold IEO in Binance, this big exchange. At least, they will list on Binance after IEO ends and this is good enough

When you hear the issue? I think you hear it at the beginning of this year or even in the last year, buddy. Now everything looks good, Binance is active to promote new coins/tokens or provide IEO of new coins/tokens. The popularity of the Binance exchange becomes the first reason why people are interested to join IEO on Binance. While providers know it very well and choose Binance as the right place for their project IEO.

You have to learn that listing coin/token on the binance platform is very expensive with strict conditions, hence there are few new start up projects or even the older projects that can afford the listing conditions.
Firstly, listing a coin/token on the binance launch pad has to pass through the community voting process and secondly, listing fee is high compared many of the tie one exchanges on the cryptocurrecy ecosystem.

This is just my opinion. I think Binance is distancing itself from possible scams and failed projects that is why it is slowing down its acceptance of IEOs. This and coupled with the current DeFi trend where most of the project just went ahead with swapping platforms can be the reason for the slowdown of the involvement of Binance with new projects. Anyway, Binance does not really need these IEOs in doing its business.

Of course, everything will continue, despite the fact that the pace of their holding has somewhat decreased. Binance values its reputation, and will not get involved with projects that have at least some hint of their failure. And the cost of their services as an IEO platform is high enough to scare off insecure clients.

I don't think it will stop. Binance will continue IEO on their platform whenever dev approaches them. The important thing is when a project meets the Binance requirement he will definitely launch their IEO on his platform. Methods change from time to time and we can not be surprised if there will be any new method of coin launching in the future. In my opinion, IEO's will remain to exist on the Binance Launchpad.

The Binance launchpad has proven to be one of the most reliable IEO platforms in the space and has seen several projects launched there all gone on to achieve some level of price appreciation. While several other IEO platforms have underperformed, Binance launchpad has achieved commendable results which has led to more significant believe in the system. With this, I can confidently say the Binance IEO launchpad will likely remain for a considerable amount of time.

Binance has been doing excellent job in IEO launchpad for the last 2 years but recent few months they haven't launched any new IEO. It may have few reasons:

I am also looking forward to the new IEO launchpad with eager interest as a Binance investor like you. Binance IEO means that investors in that project will earn several times more profit.  In the third chapter,  mentions the effect of Covid-19, which does not seem logical to me; Because the cryptocurrency is successfully advancing in the epidemic caused by the Covid 19 virus.

Of course, Binance has a stake in most of those projects that are hosted in the launchpool, or they enter into mutually beneficial partnerships. Of course  there will always be IEO's on Binance exchange, even though IEO have been a thing of the past and no longer exciting, I believe Binance IEO's will still do better than most of the IDO's you hear about nowadays, maybe the reason there isn't any now is because most projects or team can afford the listing money on Binance exchange.

The Initial Coin Offering (IEO) on Binance is now more varied and better to follow because it tends to provide something more valuable than others.
For example, "Launchpad" and "Launchpool" are preferred because I am sure that these two events always provide something more varied.
Alice , Alien Worlds , Safepal , Tokocrypto All these coins are priceless from Binance and I love them.

While it is true that IEOs on Binance are getting more competition lately from other projects and companies, it is true that Binance will continue to launch more IEOs, as long as the projects they receive meet their requirements, they will continue to do so. The requirements are high, especially economic, but we already know what happens when Binance launches an IEO for a project.

I think that IEO trending is over, now is the time of IDO, SHO, ... although they just be IEO, ICO with a different letter. And I think CZ will make a new trend for us, everything you need is buy and hold BNB, BNB will never be obsolete

I don't think the time for IEOs is coming to an end. There are many exchanges that make a lot of money by doing IEO and then (not always) listing the coin/token and I don't think they will give up that way of making money, they will probably change the way they do it, but they will be essentially the same. Exchanges still know how to attract a lot of people.

I thіnk thаt IEO, ICO, оr оthеrѕ will remain аѕ lоng аѕ іt is profitable for the раrtіеѕ соnсеrnеd, for еxаmрlе exchanges. Regarding thе number of platforms thаt hоѕt IEOѕ at this time (реrhарѕ) mаnу рlаtfоrmѕ hоld bасk their dеѕіrе tо hоѕt IEOs until market conditions have fullу rесоvеrеd.

The Binance exchange has a good trading volume for new coins looking to list their coins on the exchange. In 2021 I've seen Binance launch new projects like TKO and it turns out that the token sale was successful, now investors have many ways if they don't see the IEO running again as it used to, IDO is the next choice and I think Binance will run the IEO if they think it's necessary and attracting new investors to the Binance exchange

As long as there are still some good projects being launch on the crypto space, there will definitely be many IEOs. The reason we have limited IEO on the Binance launchpad is because the are some requirements to meet before a new start up projects are carried out on the Binance launchpad.
As a matter of facts, all IEOs that has been launched on the Binance launchpad were successful, and any new start up projects undergoes many conditions to launch on Binance. In a nutshell, there will be more IEO in the future.

IEOs on Binance will continue to be sustainable because IEOs on Binance are like gathering investors to become the #DevelopmentTeam  of a coin.
I also believe that this #DevelopmentTeam  will continue to be on the coins it creates if the IEO is successful on Binance because Binance is a very good exchange platform currently in the cryptocurrency space.

I bet that IEOs on Binance will continue to exist because IEOs on Binance are like building a community from the Binance Smart Chain or BEP20. Also , i'm always trade in Binance Exchange.
The community strength of the BEP20 is truly immense and in fact can be seen from the number 1 Binance Exchange in the entire cryptocurrency market.
Not to mention Dexentralized Exchange types such as Pancake, Bakery, Venus and various kinds of platforms that are in BEP20.

In Binance, there are Lunachpool and also Lauchpad. These two method may be very calmly in Binance to be sure to use the Binance launchpad to be able to enable participation. But if it is about the new coin, I don't think I will purchase them and then take profits on ethe coin rising up/

Disclaimer: I/We do not have any association with Binance exchange but I can offer to speculate and give my few weis (of course in BNB weis). The below is just an imaginary guess from my point of view or maybe what would I do if I were in working in that department.

When Will the Next IEO Launch on Binance?

Pretty soon. The reason being there are a LOT of projects who want to do an IEO on Binance. Provided that a sizable chunk of the new projects are questionable but that still leaves Binance with quite a handful of innovative and promising projects.

But only being a promising and innovative project might not be sufficient to get into the launchpad. There are numerous other factors like the frequency of product releases (I am referring to launchpad/launchpool/IEO as a product). If there are too many IEOs, it gets too frequent and boring. They might say, let's say, max N products per quarter. If you observed, Binance has gradually matured into a global multifaceted product company from an engineering company. They keep releasing interesting products, mostly every other quarter. They seem to be interested in the trend, welcoming about changes, and capitalize on what's hot and leave behind what's not instead of holding on to an idea for very long. So, in a way, they are unpredictable, which makes my whole point invalid.

But when the size of the company gets bigger, decisions are not taken unilaterally. There needs to be a set framework, design system, and criteria in advance. Getting back to the IEO question, the criteria would define how much (future) revenue the product needs to bring or how much liquidity the project would attract for staking or lockup. Now, let's assume that there are many projects in the queue which tick all the boxes. Again, the problem will be with the frequency of new IEO launches and how many "slots" are available in the next quarter. And which are the projects which have a higher likelihood of building a stronger community?

I would argue that this would not be an easy decision for this team. What about the profitability and alignment with the long-term strategy of the business? In any case, I believe a new and promising project is already being planned to be added to the launchpad. Anyways, all of this was just a guess, a complete fiction, not facts. Don't quote me on this.
