However, it is not a common practice all over the world that IPO are run in countries where investments are being made on their own products through exchanges. What I understand is that IPO is usually done by legal and full-pledged companies with the help of an established stock exchange. This is actually a common practice anywhere. In the world of cryptocurrency, the version we have is the ICO, IEO or whatever variations available. While IPO are usually down after a rigorous process and vetting, here in the world of cryptocurrency there is a limited filtering process and that is why we are being ridden by scams and exit scams putting the whole industry on a bad light. Usually we are sacrificing strict and proper processing in the name of maybe freedom and that "sweet" smell of doing whatever we wanted to do away from regulations and maybe away from the scrutiny of the governments, which can also mean we are allowing evil people to come in and exploit us to no end.

I am not familiar with IPO, but I think IEO is still better. People already trust in IEO because many tokens have good performance got from IEO on top exchanges.
