What would your opinion be if there was a specific organization overseeing a new project (that would do an ICO, IEO or something like that) so that the new project could be screened and audited (according to that organization's requirements) to qualify for a public sale. Your opinion is very necessary.

I have heard that crypto police have done this, but until now I have not seen any updates from them. If there is a government agency that supervises a new ICO project, then the project has to pass several requirements mechanisms so as not to harm many parties and most importantly is the project does not end in fraud.

The idea can be a good one to pursue and which I think in my opinion can really be helping many people especially those who are just new to the cryptocurrency industry. We can greatly minimize risks if there can be an organization working this way. However, we know that many platforms are advertising-sponsored or supported so that they can be closing their eyes in exchange for money. This is the big problem. In other words, there is even no self-regulation here unlike other established industries where big and small players are working together for the cause of making their industry not be ridden by scams. Here, we are living in a dog-eat-dog competition. I am really hoping something like this can be in reality soon.

Obviously, of course there must be a regulation that regulates it so that it cannot be used as money laundering, even though it is difficult, the state will determine policies that can reduce this fraud. nothing can stop people from cheating but if the regulations were in place at least people would think about doing it.

IEO is the secure way to invest on new projects as there is chance to get refunds from that exchange if that project can't develop more or on its way to scam. That's the reason for crypto users to invest on IEO based project, but even some projects disappear after listing on that exchange which is really sad moment for investors. So, better to select the right one after researching.
Everyone on the market right now is wary.
It's just because of the bull run of bitcoin and more alts were bloody. Not only this, there was report about that greed is on top level on crypto and market trend is bullish. So, none can speculate or choice the right alts for their hodling.

Sorry if this is considered just a delusion. But what if the agency or organization previously collaborated with several exchanges, so a new project that wants to conduct an IEO on the market must pass the requirements to move forward. Of course we still remember the project held by BM "The crypto" the project is doing IEO on vindax, look what happens now. I was part of a bounty hunter who promoted the project through social media and until now I have not received the results of my hard work.
While there isn't much of a scam under the guise of IEOs, that will definitely worry some investors and this is definitely not a good thing.

I have thought before because if the organization exists, the percentage of opportunities for scam projects will be reduced and there will be more quality projects that will provide profits for investors. So far, we have faced several projects that caused many investors to suffer losses due to scam projects

What kind of organization? Who are they? Are they paid organization? I don't think this will work so easy this is decentralized it is different from the difference in how we introduce the crypto world to tthe people around us. And now is the time for us to tell how to pick the right projcte.

I'm pretty sure there are many of them out there like crypto police but nothing had happen. Also whether there will be a special team commitment to that the situation will still remain because blockchain is free for all and decentralized. That is why we can't expect that all will be subject to it.

Crypto police only catch something that has happened, it is different if there is a special organization because it will be able to prevent fraud crimes in the crypto world, although not 100%, at least it can reduce the bad impact. I hope there is a middle ground between freedom and order.

New coins have become very popular all over the world. People are showing interest in working or joining new organizations. Because there is a lot of work demand. The popularity of any coin is further enhanced by the increase in human traffic. So any new project can be much more profitable to run IEO on a good exchange.

If you're refering to defi sector, than no doubt about that. But ico/ieo is now only historical things as more dex are appearing with great liquidition and without any middleman/centralized exchange, any projects can do IDO ( Initial Dex Offering) on uniswap or auction on bounce which is growing more and more. So, it's the new era of IDO, imo.

My idea of a new project is currently the most successful. So any investor is most interested in investing in new projects. So I think new projects or organizations work best to improve. So basically they are successful. Most of the new projects & organizations have been successful this year.

Agree with you. The current new projects are being created, mostly great. Lots of money is being sold through IDO. Basically the stock of the project is going down a lot. Investors have a lot of interest. Cryptocurrency is taking shape like a liquid. However the improvement of cryptocurrency is thus increasing the success. Really great.

My idea about new projects & organizations is that new projects are much more successful now and the organizations are much more committed. So I think both the new project and the organization have become a good example now. However, there may be scandals with future projects.

Organization will lessen the numbers of fraud but cannot guarantee to stop. Every single day we are busy doing things that necessary in our day to day lives. Fraudster also busy doing things to level up their intelligent to trap investors. The best thing to do is do not give in easily into profitable promises. Research is a must.

I think it would be great if there was an organization that was good at assessing a project. So that later projects that appear and are available in the forum are truly viable projects. And this of course will make scammers less.

I think that we need not only an objective view of each project, which would really assess the team's capabilities and the real prospects of the project, but also it would be nice to carry out real fixation of the personalities of the developers, since many people, including investors, depend on their activities. In order not to look for the wind in the field later, if the project collapses, and no one can return the money to investors.

Nowadays, there are a lot of financial audits in government that have been bribed and corrupted.
This is difficult to control because it has been around for a long time and is difficult to eradicate.

I think that soon the governments of most major States will regulate legislation and crypto will be in the legal field, so all ICO/IEO and etc. will be controlled by state regulatory authorities.

Perhaps this good idea will be implemented, but not for sure in the near future. Government bodies are not always able to clearly define their position regarding the turnover of cryptocurrency, not that they are concerned with the legality and safety of ICO, IEO, or something similar. But I think we will come to this too.

Yes i do support this idea and this is important to wipe out fake and scam projects and completely stop scam projects which will boost everything related to crypto including overall market, icos trend will be back alongwith the bounties with good rewards.

Of course that is a good thing, because then we can find out which projects are good and which are not with the help of the organization that oversees the project. However, it seems that until now no organization has acted in that area!

Thank you for the support, there have been so many scams in the crypto world maybe more than 70%, for that there must be a change and it starts with a new project because this is a wide open gap for scammers to carry out their actions.

I don't have a detailed idea about new projects & organizations. Currently, organizations do a lot of work for new projects. Nowadays new clothes are much more successful.

When anyone new project is launched, it should be a Government body; usually, the security and exchange commission should register for public launch and charge fees and verify the team and project so that investment funds can be projected after that should be launched for ICO or ICO.

I always doubtful about New projects because everyday a lots of decentralized finance (defi ) new projects appearing but most of the projects are scams.

New projects & organizations are currently doing a lot of work. At present the new organizations are becoming very successful. As a result, the people who are investing in IEO and ICO are becoming much more successful. They are benefiting. So I think new projects are new surprises in the market.

I feel there are some defi new projects that will really do well next year. I can across one but they are still doing just promotion yet to start sales which may probably be next year. But I feel they will do well coupled the fact it has its own Blockchain. Looking forward do IBAX sales wether defi way or ICO.

I think it will be difficult because the regulations of each country are different. Indeed honesty is something that is expensive but this is what will make the world colorful.

The idea is very good, where there is an organizational body that will monitor and audit the new project. But this idea is really good but at the same time difficult to implement, because not many people want to waste their time on these new projects, especially during the DeFi boom, there were hundreds of platforms popping up on the market, which were difficult to monitor and audited.

I think in this virtual market no body can give guarantee about IEO and ico, i saw many potential IEO or ICO but after some days they vanish from market. I think this sometimes works like trust to a team of ICO but at present time IEO looks well as investors can see the actual market and can make decision for investment.

For a start, it would be nice to organize at least a mandatory KYC for a team of projects of potential applicants for ICO and IEO. So there would be at least some guarantee that the team, after collecting money from the investors, will not run away with them.

If it exists it will be a good thing for investors to invest because it is safer from ICO scammers who are increasingly uncontrollable. Of course, if there is an organization that is able to manage ICO better it will make everything much safer to avoid ICO / IEO scams. continues to exist and is detrimental to investors.

Several company are trying to do it. But for now there are 2-3 audit company are available although if you paid them some extra money they will talk good about your project. May be we need a team which is certified by coinmarketcap/coingecko and other official websites. If they also get permitted by government that would be good.

Thanks for the answers and ideas given to the questions on this tread, I think all the different answers are the form of a discussion to learn from each other and get to know crypto. In order to avoid spam posts, I will lock this tread, thank you and hopefully in the future there will be someone who can minimize new projects that end in scams.
