Overnight, Bitcoin has demonstrated a sudden major correction as it plunged over ten percent and lost more than 2,000 USD.
The flagship cryptocurrency tanked from the $19,300 zone below $17,000, trading in the $16,900 area at press time.
Glassnode node analytics firm has reported that two major long BTC futures liquidations took place at that time with a difference in several hours.
Hourly liquidations of long positions on Bitcoin futures were recorded: worth $262 million at 3:00 a.m. UTC and $163 million at 8:00 a.m. UTC.

We are really in the stage of a Bull run at the moment, even the price value got dumped in the market, this was a good opportunity for everyone to buy then hold again, due to for sure the price will spike once more just like what happened this a couple of weeks done.

These pullbacks are common. bch and crypto are a strong buy right now and if it goes lower.

This happens due to fomo and high risk leveraged trading so if you do not know what you are doing you are at risk of losing your money so always be vigilant and careful and avoid leverage if you cannot afford to lose. Total liquidations as a result of this crash exceed 1 billion.
