Title: Security limitation to withdraw from Upbit
Post by: Oxumare on November 28, 2020, 01:46:00 PM
Upbit's decision imposed a limitation on cryptocurrency withdrawals as part of an attempt to protect user accounts from malicious attacks.
The new rule, which will take effect from November 28, will allow a digital asset withdrawal equivalent to the total KRW value deposited only 24 hours after a withdrawal request..

I guess, the recent hacking events caused the Upbit Exchange to decide in this direction.

find the upbit exchange doing this wrong. I do not have any accounts in this stock exchange, but still their attitude bothered me. I think they should produce other solutions to the attacks. Limiting the shooting is not the solution. I did not like.

Are Upbit stock exchange and bitrexx exchange the same?
Upbit has taken precautions in its own right, but it is a measure that thinks about itself too much. Customers do not welcome such a measure. If I can't withdraw my money whenever I want, I don't need to keep money in the stock market.

I have no information on this subject.
Perhaps this may seem like a problem for users for now, but I think it will prevent sudden money outflows. Thus, our money in the stock market will be a little more secure. But in my opinion, our investments should be in the wallets in which we know the private key.
