So the governments are now officially educating the masses about cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology which just goes to show that mass adoption is going to be real soon.

I fully support the strategy of popularizing blockchain/crypto in the community, because it gives everyone the opportunity to access the basic concepts of the crypto market in the simplest and most accurate way. This helps to increase the popularity of blockchain/crypto as well as prevent fraudulent crypto-related projects like PlusToken in China.

Yeah, this is a good gesture from the government of Ukraine. A move like this will definitely boat crypto adoption globally. I think Ukraine has demonstrated her capacity to help the spread and more awareness crypto. This is an excellent step, and should be commended.
