We should not anymore be wondering why there are many people who are turned off when they hear the term ICO in connection with the cryptocurrency industry. We could not blame them for equating ICO with scams all because there had been many big scams in the past using ICO as a vehicle to victimize people. Unfortunately, even at this stage, there is no sure-fire and guaranteed technology or system that can plug away scammers from this industry.

There have always been many scam projects, even before the advent of cryptocurrencies, so this is not unusual. There are different forms of scam and they are constantly being improved, but you just need to be careful and not invest amid greed and in a hurry, you need to carefully check everything.
