On this year 2020, I see many Defi Project has failed, have any idea that why Defi Project has failed ? Everyone demands that their project is real and will be successful but maximum project failed to success in crypto market. What is your thinking about this?

Most of the decentralized finance projects are now a days scams and people don't show their interest in investing in DeFI project. After listing any DeFI projects in any exchanges it can't keep continuing its market . It always dumping after completing ieo and arranging exchange. So people are avoiding DeFI projects so far.

What is your thinking about this?
In my opinion, it's the reaptation of ico hype which was held back in 2019. Basically, Q1 of 2018 was the bullish time and many scammers started to entry into this crypto market to launch fake/scam projects to fulfill their own pocket. In that time, ico was growing and many projects gave huge return and bullish market hyped up it. As a result, we got many scam projects later on 2019. Maybe, samething was happened in the previous months which hyped up defi and the range of defi is now almost vanished. As a result, we get more defi projects as a fail one.

The hype around the defi sphere has not yet fallen and therefore many scammers create defi projects and deceive people who invest in their projects, there are also many honest defi projects that cannot raise a certain amount of money to launch their projects and there are many good defi projects that have brought investors a good profit.

In my opinion the failed project could be caused :
1. There is no financial support from investors
2. Sales target not achieved
3. There is no big support from the community
4. Lack of investor interest in the DeFi project which has a similar concept to the previous project
5. The project team does not innovate and update DeFi developments
6.Roadmad is not clear

In fact, first of all, every project has been successful, this project called DeFi. People started investing in jars the most. But we saw that just then some scam projects were run by the scammers. So there have been some negative site aspects to this project.

And in a few days he got a lot of profit from here. But there are some scam managers who run projects here and do some spamming. And many investors have lost money from here. That is why its popularity has decreased a lot at present.

In fact, these are the main reasons why the DeFi project is so popular. Many people do not want to invest in DeFi project. If it weren't for the scam, these coins would be in high demand in the market. Its price would have doubled.

Decentralized finance projects are less likely to succeed. This project investor is not getting any support. Defi projects are less likely to succeed because of the small number of investors. Website design is not good and road map is not good. So the Defi project will not last.

In as much as many projects come promising heaven and earth, promising to succeed and all that, I can honestly tell you that not all have the seriousness of succeeding in them, some are just after the money they will gather/collect during pre sale or IEO, whichever form of fundraising they go for, after they've collect this money, in order not to make it look like scam, they pretend they are working and developing their promised technology, but actually, they just want the project to die naturally so they can go and enjoy their left over money without anyone disturbing or calling them scammers.

There is still a lot of demand for DeFi projects. This means that any new DeFi project in the market is actually successful. However, some say that when the project tries to make the DeFi platform, the price of that token goes down a lot. So I think there are both ups and downs of DeFi projects in the market.

actually all defi project are not real, lots of project i can see that they are going to scam. if project are legit & active then defi will be success for sure. so fake project always fail and its does not matter defi or not defi.

Day by day the coin developers make the defi coins and they they just name it and so many scammers will do this becasue they know that peoples now invest in the defi projects and they can earn good money through this. That is the reason that the so many defi projects are failed.
