I am just being curious here, guys with the increasing interest on bitcoin/altcoins this days, I think the dollar era may deminish or possibly come to an end some day.
The dollar has been the world’s reserve currency for 100 years, but fearful that central banks led by the US Federal Reserve are debasing the value of their currencies, many people have bought bitcoin in bulk since early this year, and hopefully more prominent persons may come on board the the crypto space. Do you think the era of the dollar may end in near future? Thanks for your thought.
-
This reasoning is very interesting, because nothing can last forever, the cryptocurrency world is growing in terms of capitalization around the world, and the hype around Bitcoin can be compared with some popular rock star. Old man cue ball, I think he will still show his strength in the world economy.
-
Bitcoin is undoubtedly a popular coin. USDT on the other hand is a stable coin. In my opinion a big coin like USD cannot end the reign of Bitcoin. Bitcoin's popularity exists only in a few countries but USDT is gaining popularity all over the world. Coins like bitcoins cannot end the USDT reign.
-
I don't think this will happen. The dollar is actually the world currency and it seems to me that they will just compete with Bitcoin all the time.
-
After Paypal announced free crypto deposits and trading for a while on their platform, I think crypto will become more and more popular and more and more users will choose crypto coins for transactions.
dollars will be used forever because every platform accepts payments using dollars, we can only wait and use crypto to transact so that the need for dollars decreases

For now, in our present time I think it's not possible, But in the future maybe, but still uncertain, Because there's a lot of things to be considered including the technological advancement that was happening in our time like quantum computing development which is considered a treat to the Bitcoin and the whole cryptocurrency security.

If we look at back 100 years world economy was not same .when dollar store in bank and the powerful countries finance standard value was dollar till now for reserve in every bank that time dollar reign whole world. The system was started the first century . Now the time is revolution people want change to the economy system for excellency but people could not be inventing the technology . Crypto currency and blockchain technology give people to that changes which change the whole world wanted for this reason it would be possible to reign upon the dollar in near future .

IMO, I think within 20-30 years the *dollar/fiat paper money) will be still an international currency. Because there's a lot of factors that we might consider like, how about if the US Fed reserve will innovate and started to use Blockchain and released a digital version of the dollar with our current pace of the global technological development I must say that it's not far from happening like the other countries were already doing in the form of CBDC, Thats why I believe Bitcoin will not replace Fiat/dollar but instead they will be both used in different functions/purposes.

In the future, no one knows. but I do believe that every day cryptocurrencies are getting more and more popular. The future is wide open for zero cryptocurrencies. new currencies are taking my mind off but I see some risks from it, why should you invest in new currencies?

I agree mate, I think everything will be possible at the coming future. We don't what will happen at the next future. I think Crypto currency is the future currency. Bitcoin is pioneer of Crypto and I believe bitcoin has potential to replace dollars at the coming future.
-
I think the era of Dollar will not end soon. If all countries accept Crypto they will make their own. They may use Bitcoin as a reserve just like they are using gold now.
-
Bitcoin is currently having a considerable influence on the dollar economy, especially. This is because more and more people are joining crypto and in particular Bitcoin. But I don't think I can stop my dollars reign. Because the range of dollars is not only Bitcoin but very broad.
-

Yes, dollar era will exist for several years again. But I think we also think teh digital era will come soon. When digital era come, I think bitcoin will replace dollar and many Altcoins will replace fiat money. I believe It will happen at the coming future.
-
If the era of the dollar ends, it will not be because of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. This will happen because the dollar will become ineffective and will be replaced by another government currency. Bitcoin or other decentralized cryptocurrency is not capable of becoming a global world currency that will be used by all states in international settlements. States will move to use their digitized central bank currencies, as well as various regional stablecoins of states. States will legalize decentralized cryptocurrency, but will not actively support it.

Dollar or other fiat will never going to die. Because people need also paper money in future for daily necessary stuffs. I can't even imagine a single day without fiat.
-
The central banks of different countries did not approve. Because the governments of the country do not like bitcoin transactions. However, many people in government do bitcoin transactions. Many politicians use bitcoin to embezzle money from the country. So experts have highlighted the bad aspects of Bitcoin. But Bitcoin will improve.
-
I think Bitcoin can’t finish dollar revenue. Bitcoin position has always been able to improve a lot. In the future, when cryptocurrency is approved in every country, transactions of currencies around the world will be possible through banks. More revenue will be important for this.
-
If BTC can do that, I will not say that there has been a changed. Now, we can see how the determination of BTC using USD coin, However as in the other coir. It is about the new era of technology but in fact, BTC still cannot replace it
-
I do not think anyone would trace your wallet without your permission. The wallet is the secure place for saving your coin and it is the quality of the cryptocurrency. You have the ful authority of your own wallet. What do you people think about your wallet?
-
The valuation of the dollar will never end. Gradually the new generation will see who will have more knowledge about online or cryptocurrency. We can see now that the interest in cryptocurrency is increasing day by day. There will be.
-

Yes , I believed It will be. Bitcoin will replace dollar at the coming future when the digital currency is more popular and more be needed at the coming future. Bitcoin is the King of digital currency, So I believe It will can be.
-
Of course, it's still difficult for crypto and Bitcoin to replace dollars as the reign. Because this dollars has been known to the public at large. Dollars are also more stable in value. and has been accepted by many countries.
-
Dollars cannot be eliminated from the event. In the meantime, if we see that Bitcoin is completely legal and can use Bitcoin in all things in America. Allready such a practice has been introduced in America. I think the whole world will one day be trading in dollars. Maybe that time is not too far away.
-

Right, Dollar or any fiat money won't be die in future. We need paper money or local currency/international currency in many purposes. Not all citizens of country won't use crypto, so they need only paper money, but paper money and digital money will exist. In a single words, we can't think a single moment without paper money or fiat currency.
-
I don't think so. Moreover, until now Bitcoin has not been able to be accepted by all countries in the world. In terms of asset value, Bitcoin might be a big investment. however, in general terms Bitcoin is nothing compared to dollars.
-
Base on the bitcoin condition in the digital market the chance is zero for now. The volatile is the actual resistance of bitcoin to hold the possibility of this idea. Until the volatile ends, this is just nothing.
-
Dollar resign era because of bitcoin. If this happens it will be the beginning of the crash of Fiat money. Because before becoming a Bitcoin asset, of course, fiat money is used for investors to buy Bitcoin. I read that the United States is one of the countries that has many investors in Bitcoin and of course they also want bitcoin to become an asset that is profitable for them when selling and withdrawing by converting it into Fiat USD money. So in my opinion there is no way Bitcoin makes a reign dollar.
-
Of course, it's still difficult for crypto and Bitcoin to replace dollars as the reign. Because this dollars has been known to the public at large. Dollars are also more stable in value. and has been accepted by many countries.
It is against the dollar that we estimate the price of bitcoin, which is very volatile. This volatility will not allow bitcoin to replace the dollar in the near future. And now it is not known how to reduce its volatility.
-
The interest may be increasing but it is not even close to competiting let alone ending the dollar reign, I know crypto awareness is growing fast but if you compare to what is obtainable in the real world, crypto still have a long way to go, so the question of ending the dollar reign should not come into discussion at least not in the near future.
-
Of course, there is such a possibility that dollar will lose its strength and power in the future and perhaps other currency will take dollar place, but so far it is hard to believe that it will be bitcoin, so I haven’t thought so far, but if the whole world will legalize bitcoin, then perhaps someday bitcoin will take dollar place.
-
I think Bitcoin will reign worldwide. In that case the local currency of any country does not matter. Bitcoin will be used instead of local currencies around the world. This is much better for users. Will be used as much more popular.
-
It is a good sign for Bitcoin that there are big improvements day after day. But it doesn't mean Bitcoin to replace dollars as the global currency. It is not easy to make all countries in the world agree about the global currency. We know that there still many countries do not legalize Bitcoin, this still becomes the biggest problem.
-
Yes, I think Bitcoin will reign. Bitcoin will be used instead of dollars. It will be traded like the money of any country in the world. Now one company after another accepts Bitcoin. Different big companies accept bitcoin. So Bitcoin will reign worldwide in the future.
-
Indeed Bitcoin and Altcoins are now widely bought by everyone, but for the USD issue I think it will be very difficult to beat.
The whole world has been racing on the exchange rate of the USD currency and to convert to cryptocurrency is very difficult, even now YUAN also the currency from China has not been able to shift the strength of the USD.
-
I think Bitcoin will reign worldwide. In that case the local currency of any country does not matter. Bitcoin will be used instead of local currencies around the world. This is much better for users. Will be used as much more popular.
It's been said so many times, Bitcoin has the capability to replace the native currency. So, this is very common Bitcoin will fix this weird banking sector and therefore much better options will open for the users. I guess this is very reasonable to thought and make comparison.

By seeing the progress and the popularity of bitcoin, I think bitcoin has potential to do it. Bitcoin can end teh dollars reign. Bitcoin is most popular of cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin is always be the King, So I believe crypto will dominant at teh coming future.
-
I really doubt BTC will be more popular than the USD in the foreseeable future.
-
I think that it will not happen. We know that if the Bitcoin price is going up, dollars will be donw. But it is not the value. that is the pairing and also convert the value of the crypto and its dollar. Dollars however still hold the big currency in the world and difficult to make it down
-
I never believed the dollar would run out. Gradually the new generation that will be seen will be most interested in the province of online business or cryptocurrency. Since the dollar is in circulation in developing countries, it can be seen that the dollar will be introduced in almost every country.
-
I think Bitcoin will reign worldwide. In that case the local currency of any country does not matter. Bitcoin will be used instead of local currencies around the world. This is much better for users. Will be used as much more popular.
I think it's very difficult for Bitcoin to replace USD in the future. But the future no one knows anything. I wish you a successful investment

In the future, everyone wants to have 1 common currency in the world, but it will take more than half time to implement
-
will not happen.
the dollar is an official fiat currency that will not be replaced by anything.
bitcoin only as a transaction tool and for investment only. can not possibly replace the dollar.
-
For the moment i don't think so,because btc its descentralized and the gouverments don't like that.Maybe other crypto ccurrency like ripple who are centralized will have better chance but no btc.
-
Bitcoin will indeed be the currency of the future with many advantages compared to the dollar, but I think the dollar is a currency that will be difficult to get rid of. So even if one day Bitcoin reigns supreme in world finances, the dollar will still be there.
-
Since the pandemic, the usage of bitcoin has risen and its purchase has been done in bulk, in fear that the currencies led by central banks may be debased. People who have just seen the rise of technology and might not be that accustomed to it may have a few eyebrows held up, in suspicion and prefer to invest in gold instead. Nonetheless, bitcoin’s fluctuations often led its price to rise above that of gold twice or thrice its price.
Even though the majority still aren’t using any cryptocurrency, the number is hiking. Which may be due to the dollar’s shortcomings, as the debts of the US has exceeded 50% of its economic output and continued to borrow throughout the lockdown. With the incrementing distrust in the dollar increases the trust in bitcoin so many businesses are starting to use bitcoin for trading, especially in places where the dollar is a difficult medium to use. PayPal has begun to start storing bitcoin as well. If the US doesn’t manage to improve its conditions, bitcoins’ will certainly accelerate.

of course we are happy that in the end crypto will be used as a reference for the world economy with bitcoin, but it may take a lot of time because there are still many countries that have not recognized it because there are no regulations on crypto. many countries are still afraid of the misuse that occurs with crypto because it is still widely used as a money laundering agent from drug trafficking and corruption, which are the country's main enemies so far.
maybe if they already have a network that can handle it at least something will change.
but if bitcoin will replace US $, of course it will be very difficult because there are two different systems and it is impossible to work together but if you support each other and complement the shortcomings of each, maybe it will happen.
-
Maybe he has every chance of doing it. But for now, the dollar will not disappear. Very significant events must occur for the system to collapse and the dollar to lose its monetary power.
-

well what you say is very true and I really agree because so far many dollars are still using and only making bitcoin as an alternative payment because there are still few who use bitcoin as a legal digital currency.

So to end a ghost coin in every country that can use them it takes a lot of time, but I believe in the future Bitcoin price will increase faster and grow stronger next year.

Bitcoin price has been increased more than expected price for 2020 and now the price is dropped almost $10k within 24 hours because "some News" says that $150 billion is wiped from the cryptocurrency.
-
If in my opinion the dollar will not be able to collapse because the dollar has been recognized by the world as legal fiat money for payment, while crypto in the world's currency is because crypto has not been recognized as a legal fiat currency for payment, that is one reason why the dollar cannot collapse .
-
I agree that dollar may come to an end in future but according to my knowledge this thing is not possible in the next 10 years because bitcoin is very early stage I think it will take 20-30 years.

Bitcoin has some price influence on the dollar, but it cannot stop its dominance. Bitcoin and other decentralized cryptocurrencies will not be supported by governments. They will continue to use fiat and their central bank stable currencies. If the dollar will lose its dominance in the global financial system, it will be for other reasons.
-
I never think that Bitcoin can totally replace dollars or fiats in the future. I am sure we still need fiats and dollars in the future because of the needs. In fact, people cannot use digital money everywhere, not all countries in the world having the capacity of good technology or internet. This situation keeps people still using fiats for their daily transactions. We must be aware if still many countries in the world are in a crisis economy.
-
The era of the dollar will definitely be replaced, this is just time, I will see in the future Bitcoin will become an investment choice because of its high price.
Speaking of dollars, chances are it could happen if
- International countries recognize Bitcoin as currency.
- All Banks accept BTC transactions
- All trading services accept BTC without restrictions.
- SEC / IMF agrees with Bitcoin's inclusion in the international trading list.
When the points above are fulfilled, we have slowly shifted the traditional transaction system, the dollar will still be there, but users ultimately want Bitcoin because it has a more valuable value.
-
is it about replacing fiat with Bitcoin?
Well, this is too difficult to be executed because fiat is something centralized, under the law of government that has very big power t do many things. And additionally, people are familiar with fiat. So, Bitcoin will never replace fiat but to accommodate other global transaction to make it easier, safer, and more trusted

replacing fiat with bitcoin will not give a good idea because so far not everyone understands the use of bitcoin and the supply that bitcoin has is too little it will make it difficult for many people to get and of course the transaction fees will be very expensive.

Yes I agree mate, bitcoin never replace fiat and dollar but will accommodate other global transaction to make easier, safer. we all know bitcoin need online transaction, It should be supported by all countries.

We all know that if we sale bitcoins and or any coins, the profit will exchange to fiat money. Fiat money is very useful in our daily needs. So for me there is possibility that fiat money will be diminished, but for now I can't see any reason to remove fiat money.
-
I don't think Bitcoin will ever replace dollars. Moreover, Bitcoin is also not fully accepted in all countries in the world. There are still many who don't support Bitcoin.
-
The reign of the Dollar that we are used to will come to an end sooner than many think. And I don't think a cryptocurrency will take away that position. China since the last 20 years is growing economically in a brutal way worldwide. I am not saying that the Yuan will be the next Dollar, what I am saying is that China will have a dominant position. If we add everything I have said before to the great inflation that the Dollar has suffered for a long time we have the perfect combination to make that happen.
-
Possible in the future the dollars will gone. The first computer was developed by work hard and dedication. Although it was so huge in actual design, the computer worked. The years passed by and the computer now becoming smaller and high specks. The world is progressing. Not impossible the cash system will be wipe out by digital money.
-
I'm little bit confused here is this means bitcoin will be replacing fiat money? if so.. I don't think the government will support this to happen, you know how volatile bitcoin is, up and down prices in just a seconds and also bitcoin is not a perfect for payment method because of high transaction fee. I'm supporting bitcoin but both must still exist in the future the fiat money and bitcoin.
-
Very difficult if that happens, there is no big factor to see virtual currency can beat it. there is still a long way to go to achieve this.
-

Yes I think It will take along years again virtual currency can beat dollars. So I don't think bitcoin can end then dollars reign.Bitcoin will be more popular but cannot beat fiat money, because fiat money has been used for along years ago.
-
Bitcoin was not created to shift the dollar, it was created as an alternative...
The dollar will survive because the US government will continue to guard and support the dollar, while Bitcoin was not created to get rid of the dollar, Bitcoin was created to be an alternative payment so that people have other alternative payment options besides the dollar.
-

Those people who bought Bitcoin in bulk just want to make sure their future is safe and secured. Dollars will be affected by inflation so I think Bitcoin will be dominant in the future due to technological advancements.
-
I don't think all of that will happen any time soon. It is true that bitcoin has become the favorite alternative currency of many people in the world today, but its presence still brings many obstacles so that it cannot be accepted in all countries, so let everything process properly ...

Yes, It will not happen soon, I think never happen. I don't believe bitcoin can end the dollar's reign. Because It will take several years again, I think the government will keep their dollar cannot be replaced by bitcoin.
-

I am very impressed that you have such wild imaginations. I don't think bitcoin will shift the dollar. It is impossible. How could bitcoin replace the world's largest fiat money. Especially at this time bitcoin cannot be used to transact in all aspects of life
-
Marketcap USD is very far from Marketcap Bitcoin.
Perhaps that ratio is 1: 1000000 and that is difficult for Bitcoin to catch up to if it wants to beat the USD.
Don't Bitcoin want to beat USD, beat the gold marketcap is also very far and it's difficult for Bitcoin to overtake it in the near future.
I often see all this data in various media and this is the beginning for Bitcoin to line up with USD and Gold.
-
I'm not sure the dollar will end because the country's currency will be maintained so that the economy remains stable and bitcoin has an unstable price.
-
I don't think it will ever happen that bitcoin will completely replace the dollar. And there are many reasons for that. Bitcoin is a good investment alternative to the stock market. Those who understand that now invest in bitcoin for the long term.
-
I don't want to say ever, because we never know. We live in interesting times and weirder things have happened. You never know.
-

This a just assumption that will never see the light, and I wonder what you mean by crypto will take over dollar sooner than expected, have you take a good look around both online and offline and see how many of the online and offline stores accept crypto for payment?
Did you see the population of the world and check what percentage have knowledge of crypto!
Lets be realistic here, btc can not take over dollar or any other currency any time soon,
Did you even know the population of American let alone the whole world, btc is just 21 million, let that sink.
-
bitcoin is indeed a popular coin, but that doesn't mean it can replace the dollar for world currency, because the dollar is real currency and bitcoin is only virtual money, besides, not all people know bitcoin so one thing that will never happen bitcoin can turn on the dollar
-
hmm, in my opinion, the dollar era is still strong for now because the dollar still has a big influence in the world as one of the currencies that is often used for investment
-

Yes, I agree. Both are dominant in different realms. There are still many people who cannot use bitcoin for real transactions. So they tend to exchange them for dollars. This is proof that bitcoin has not been able to shift the dollar, and maybe it will be forever ...

I agree that we live in time where a lots of things is not usual. But our opinion matters here. We are here in this forum to give our point of view and give interesting topics, like what the author of this thread did. Just sharing.
-
In my opinion we should not compare Btc with dollar and I think dollar will continue to dominate whether Btc will touch $1Million value. No doubt more and more people will be interested in Bitcoin in coming time. Bitcoin nature is different from fiat currencies and its not easy that other currency will finish the dollars era but can be bypass by other fiat currencies.
-
Bitcoin is Bitcoin and altcoin is it. No, we can see how much Bitcoin we have in our own wallet without going to pay any tax or even p pay in brutal. However this is not easy enough because it has very high Volatilote so that we can enter money,
-
Yes i think one day BTC will end the reign of Dollar. I am in the side of BTC i love crypto and one day the whole world will accept crypto not dollar. Go on crypto.
-
bitcoin is indeed a popular coin, but that doesn't mean it can replace the dollar for world currency, because the dollar is real currency and bitcoin is only virtual money, besides, not all people know bitcoin so one thing that will never happen bitcoin can turn on the dollar
Yes, I agree. Both are dominant in different realms. There are still many people who cannot use bitcoin for real transactions. So they tend to exchange them for dollars. This is proof that bitcoin has not been able to shift the dollar, and maybe it will be forever ...
If the dollar collapses, it will definitely be replaced by another currency of any state or even a union of states like the euro, but it will not be a decentralized cryptocurrency. In order for Bitcoin or another decentralized cryptocurrency to replace fiat currency, a decision of the relevant government authorities is needed, and such a decision will never be made. The economy of any state cannot be served by a decentralized cryptocurrency. And she is simply not capable of it.
-
I do not believe that Bitcoin will make paper money disappear. Because you cannot use Bitcoin transactions in any situation but you can use paper money in any situation Can. So it seems to me that it is never possible for Bitcoin to end up using paper money.Can. So it seems to me that it is never possible for Bitcoin to finish using paper money.
-

I think It will happen at the coming future when digital era coming I don't believe it will happen at the few years. Dollar is still more popular than bitcoin.. Bitcoin will have great future and will compete to dollar.
-
I don't think this will happen. The dollar is actually the world currency and it seems to me that they will just compete with Bitcoin all the time.
-
The dollar is a very popular currency and has been known to the public for a long time. This currency has been used in transaction tools all over the world. Bitcoin is still relatively new, and there are still many ordinary people who don't know it. It will take a long time if Bitcoin is to dominate the means of payment and end the domination of the Dollar.

I agree, I think Dollar is most popular and has been used for along years ago. I don't think bitcoin will replace dollar. Several people said teh future currency will happen at the next several years again. Maybe we will see bitcoin can be
-
Bitcoin is an alternative to money. So, it shouldn't change the main currency called fiat. Fiat will be always used for human life because it is effective to use anywhere. While crypto or digital money needs the network to use it. That's why it cannot be used as single money. Digital and fiat will be used together.
-
It seems that will not happen, the dollar is the real world currency and the dollar is the benchmark currency of countries in the world.
-
Bitcoin and the dollar are two popular currencies. But Bitcoin is only used in a few countries. On the other hand, the dollar is used all over the world. Bitcoin may be popular but it will not be able to feed the dollar market. The dollar market is stable.
-
I think it's still difficult for Bitcoin to replace dollars. Because after all the value of dollars is stable and better than Bitcoin with such a big risk.
-
I am just being curious here, guys with the increasing interest on bitcoin/altcoins this days, I think the dollar era may deminish or possibly come to an end some day.
It is possible to happen but It will take several years again, maybe more 5 years again when bitcoin be accepted by many countries and more popular than now. Bitcoin will replace dollar , I believe it will happen.
-
Yes mate. Various investors have bought the highest bitcoin this year. This year saw a new record set. They must be thinking that the price of Bitcoin may be bigger in the future. From where different investors can take good profit. Several more people may come this year to buy bitcoins.
-
Both bitcoin and dollar have their own roles. It is complementary to each other. Dollar is a physical currency Bitcoin cannot eliminate.
-

I don't think that would happen. Dollars would always be dollars that the world use for so many years. I don't think BTC could overthrown the dollars in any way. BTC will always be shadow of $ that fill in some loopholes of it. it was not design to take over the world dominant currency.
-
Bitcoin is one of the most popular coins in the cryptocurrency world. But the dollar is used all over the world in all developed countries. But if we look at Bitcoin we will see that almost all states but Bitcoin is not used. But the dollar can be used in almost all places. So I say both Bitcoin and the dollar are needed. Bitcoin will never run out of dollars.
-
I don't think Bitcoin will end the dollar transaction. Dollar transactions can be done very easily anywhere in any situation which I think is not possible for Bitcoin.I think Bitcoin will be next to the dollar. That means people will trade through Bitcoin and will trade through dollars. Trading in dollars will never end.
-
Other currencies, including Bitcoin, will do better in the future. The popularity of coins will constantly increase. Bitcoin will remain in the best position in the market. Bitcoin will be used as one of the sources of transactions. Blockchain technology will emerge anew. People will bring new epochs in the process of their transactions.
-
I don't think Bitcoin can end the reign of the dollar because the price of Bitcoin is just getting dumped day by day. Hey bitcoin dollar we are getting a lot of interest because the price of this bitcoin is never pumped. And if it is a pump, it is much less, most of it is a dump. So it can be said that Bitcoin cannot end the reign of the dollar.
-
I thought that would not be possible. because replacing dollars will not be as easy as imagined. Moreover, crypto or bitcoin has not received approval from all countries.
-
I think the dollar will never end. The dollar will never disappear. Because lately, most people are trying to connect with cryptocurrency. If everyone is connected to cryptocurrency, then the future of the future will be cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency will one day reach a stage where everything around the world can be bought through cryptocurrency.
-
If the cryptocurrency dollar is eliminated, then the cryptocurrency will run out. Which is never possible. Many big businessmen from different countries have joined the cryptocurrency. They think a life can be changed overnight if connected to cryptocurrency. What a great contribution to make in the future.
-
Bitcoin and the dollar are two of the most popular at the moment. You can use Bitcoin in the place where the government of the country has instructed to use Bitcoin. But it can be seen that the circulation of dollars can be done from any bank. Both Bitcoin and Dollar are required for this. The reason is that the popularity of cryptocurrency is increasing a lot now and everyone is getting all kinds of benefits through cryptocurrency.
-
It is very difficult to get away from the dollar, whoever says what, but there is a real economy behind it, and behind Bitcoin there is only trust and great technologies!
-

yes, it must be distinguished because the dollar and bitcoin are two very different sides even though they are equally valuable. but a system that distinguishes between the two and cannot outperform each other, but instead can provide mutual convenience so that all transactions can run well.
this difference will make them need each other and it will work naturally.

That's right bitcoin and gold are different sides. Bitcoin is digital currency and gold is real asset. also believe bitcoin and gold have different communities. But I believe bitcoin will be more popular than gold at the coming future.
-
I don't think Bitcoin can end the value of the dollar. It is true that the popularity of Bitcoin is increasing day by day.Bengali Bitcoin is currently being legalized in most countries of the world. Not that Bitcoin will reduce the weight of the dollar. You may have realized that cryptocurrency transactions are not possible everywhere. But with dollars you can easily transact anywhere in any situation.

Different investors have bought the most bit this year. A new record was set this year. He thinks that the price of Bitcoin can go up a lot in the future. There are many benefits to using a car. This year, more people can come to buy bitcoin.

You're are right, I also don't believe bitcoin can end the dollar. Dollar is more popular and has been used by many people at the world. I think It was be habits, So that's really difficult to change it. maybe at the coming, It would be
-
I don't think the era of the dollar will collapse, it will hurt many developed countries that have accepted the dollar as a tradable currency and can be used in all world banks.
Bitcoin will be a digital asset that will be recognized by all countries, one day I believe both of them can be used together for cross-bank transactions and the dollar will still exist
-
Dollar will be accepted in most of the countries as a tradable coins and measuring their financial performance based on Dollar. Bitcoin will survive and be accepted by most of the people of the world in the near future but it can't decay the reign of Dollar. How is it possible?
-

In the near future, we will have to see the digital dollar, which will become the national digital currency of America. It will compete with the regular dollar in the economy.
-
I bet that Bitcoin will not be able to end the rule of the USD, because:
-USD has been remembered many hundreds of years ago and has become the common foundation for all currency pairs around the world.
-USD is a stable coin that is a role model for all world currencies.
Even the Chinese Yuan, which is said to overturn the USD government, has yet to beat the USD.
*USD is too early to be beaten by Bitcoin because Bitcoin has nothing to do with USD.
-
I never believe that dollars can be depleted. Bitcoin will continue to be used in cryptocurrencies and people in different countries but it is now doing different types of transactions. It turns out that we are holding bitcoin or any other coin but we are buying it with dollars. So how is it possible to run out of dollars.
-
I think that the era of the dollar will soon come to an end and everyone will move to the digital economy, many well-known and large companies are already doing this.
-

Digital money will be highlighted but i don't think dollar reign will be eliminated by Bitcoin. I think both are complementary of each other. Without dollar, we can compare our Bitcoin with real fiat cash. Mastercard users won't purchase Bitcoin using their card if dollar reign will be eliminated. This is a day dream i think.

I agree with you and how ever Bitcoin might grow, there is no replacing or ending the dollar IMO. Bitcoin might be serving some form of payment purpose but we must also realize that it will take a longer time if at all before it could be accepted in every day shopping stores plus my biggest concern actually is the Government not allowing this to happen ever.

I believe so too. This are two different entities regardless of them having some features alike of the power to serve as a means of purchase and we most also see that while bitcoins price might continue to grow so is the level of its volatility and this will affect it as a Government choice and not to forget its Decentralized nature which can not be controlled by the government too. So I dont think this is visible also.

Bitcoin and Dollar will both exist and each of them will run according to its function, Dollar is the real currency that we will use in transacting in buying and selling and so on. While Bitcoin is a digital currency that can also be used as a means of buying and selling transactions, Bitcoin can only be accessed by the Internet. Bitcoin will not replace the dollar because we will always need it.

yes, two different sides of the system alone, but its use can clearly be used for all purposes related to the economy. agree with your explanation that one is tangible (US $) and one is not visible (Bitcoin). because the regulation that has happened is that the US $ already exists, but bitcoin is not like that, there are still many countries that have not given clear recognition.
let these two different sides keep going with what can be done and let them support each other for broader interests which can fill in the gaps that might occur between them. because by being able to provide mutual support, it will be able to be an advantage for those who use it.
-
I do not think that bitcoin can "take away" the dollar so that it does not exist. Here, along with fiat funds, this can happen so that the dollar and bitcoin are together. Soon, when the capitalization of bitcoin reaches its maximum, then something like that will happen.
-

I think I agree with this in many ways. While both Bitcoin has come to perform just about every feature that the Dollar does, they are still two different entities in two different spheres and even though people are wondering whether Bitcoin will eventually replace or end the Dollar, but i dont see this just because of simply, the Monetary Policies.
-
The dollar is the centralized currency. However, the use of cryptocurrency is increasing day by day. However, we calculate cryptocurrencies in dollars. Many people around the world are buying cryptocurrencies in dollars, causing the dollar to depreciate. But the use of the dollar will never end
-
I don't think the demand for the bitcoin dollar can end, because the dollar is an economic system that keeps the country's economy afloat.Different professional people can easily transact in all areas of the country through dollars. If Bitcoin is approved worldwide, the use of the dollar may be reduced somewhat.
-

the recognition of US $ dollars has clearly become a global transaction and has always been the benchmark for other currencies as well, almost all transactions can use US $. different from bitcoin, although its speed and easier transactions, have not been recognized by all countries. because some obvious obstacles are regulations that have not been implemented by the country.
let two different systems run according to the existing one and bitcoin only provides support and supports each other

maybe it is not as easy as seeing everything in one side only, it must be seen from all aspects so that it can fulfill all the elements so that it is worthy of being said as one of the conditions so that it can be said to be appropriate and worthy of being used as a legal instrument throughout the world. The dollar has been around for a long time and it will take a while to become a legitimate world currency. Likewise, bitcoin must also meet these criteria, so that it can be used as a world currency.
but there are indeed two different sides between US $ dollars and bitcoin where let them work with the existing system and not be put together but let it be used to fill the gaps between them.

That cryptocurrencies are calculated in dollars does not matter, we could also calculate them in rubles or yen, the dollar is used because it is the most used in world markets. And with the strength that the Chinese yuan has been gaining in recent years, I wouldn't be surprised if that changes in the not too distant future.
-
It is true that Bitcoin is of great value and potential keeps increasing. But the first cryptocurrency is highly decentralized, as it can't be controlled then no government will give it the power to end the use of their fiat.

Cryptocurrency is still not legal in most countries of the world, far from stopping the exchange of dollars or paper notes. Maybe in the future almost all countries will approve bitcoin or cryptocurrency but in all cases it will not be possible to use or transact. I think maybe different countries of the world can officially launch their own digital currency but it will not be possible to use bitcoin or cryptocurrency as the currency of transaction in all cases so the era of dollar will not be due to cryptocurrency or bitcoin.
-

I think everything can happen at crupro space , as many people said. But I don't believe bitcoin can end the dollar's reign. Dollar is most popular than bitcoin and other currency.
Dollar is trade value, almost all countries know about dollar.
But they don't know about bitcoin and crypto currency.
Maybe at the next several years, bitcoin will so popular as dollar, I think we will see bitcoin compete to dollar
-
I think that the reign of the dollar belongs to an economy that is about to explode. A particular economy very different from that of bitcoin, it is not the same, if they decide to put it digitally, I think that it would not be a problem or competition either, in fact, I see the dollar like a real bubble.
-
Bitcoin is currently growing and continues to be known by the public, Bitcoin offers the convenience of transactions when compared to dollars. The dollar is a currency that is very popular around the world and all people know it, this is not easy to beat. Bitcoin has many shortcomings too, for example Bitcoin can only be accessed by the Internet and its value is not stable. This is a problem so I think the Dollar will remain ahead of Bitcoin as a global currency, while Bitcoin is superior as an investment and can be traded.
-
Bitcoin and USD are very different.
Bitcoin is a digital asset and USD is a currency.
Why should we think that Bitcoin will end the USD money ?
Are we sure we can give the best after the USD disappears from circulation ?
I believe Bitcoin cannot end the existence of USD in the currency market because it is clear and well organized that USD is a currency and Bitcoin is a digital asset.
-
Although Bitcoin can have a huge influence on the dollar presently as far as world economy is concerned however that does not mean it is going to eradicate USD dominance, many countries will stick to dollar as their reserve currencies knowing that the instability in the price value of Bitcoin is counterproductive and could harm their economy thus a lot of those countries will continue to adopt USD as their reserve currency.
-
I believe that it will not be Bitcoin that will end the reign of the dollar, although Bitcoin can "damage" the dollar who can really end its reign is the Chinese yuan. As one of the major emerging economies and according to some economic experts, China will soon be the world's leading economic power, and that can destroy the dollar.
-
For me I don't think so because there are people that still needs dollar to be able to transact with there business in other countries so for Bitcoin to end dollar reign cannot easily be possible as such, some people need Bitcoin based on the level of the knowledge they have in cryptocurrency project, while some people are still at level of using dollar as medium of payment.
-

No, I don't think the era of dollar will never end in near future. Dollar is still dominance and will exist for along years again.
We all know about dollar, it is more popular than other currency.
Crypto currency is the future currency and have future technology.
But not easy to replace dollar.
it will take several along years again and need supported by the government.
-
Crypto wasn't created to abolish fiat. It was created to offer much better investment and another place to generate income from intangible money that cam turn to fiat. If the world don't like fiat to circulate. I guess that will be the day fiat will vanish since the people choose to avoid or demolish fiat anymore. There are more possibilities that may come and happen along crypto currency journy to revolutionize the world from fiat to digital currency.
-
If the price of Bitcoin is not too fluctuate.Yesterday There was a big dump of 13000 $ in a day .In this situation who will replace Bitcoin as a Replacement of the Dollar. One big News from a big Person can Push its Price in a bad way.Dollar is a world wide currency. All countries are using Dollar.Dollar is accepted by Every Government But Bitcoin is Not favorite for the Governments .
Unless they accept it It will not overcome Dollar.
-
There's no urgent reason why dollar need to be replacement but the technology must new and more save than before. Dollar already have legality, form and acceptable, bitcoin does't have it.
-
In future i hope so that the dollar will be finished and the BTC will be used in all over the world. Crypto is the world best market and soon it is going to be legal in all over the world.
-
There's no urgent reason why dollar need to be replacement but the technology must new and more save than before. Dollar already have legality, form and acceptable, bitcoin does't have it.
No urgency but could abolish in the long run. Why? FYI, legality, acceptance, and form. All in Bitcoin. Maybe in some part Bitcoin is illegal without any form of acceptance. But in some countries particularly the advance for 10 years are getting to know how magnificent and beneficial Bitcoin is. Though, risky and volatile, they are in experiment period to fix whatever the unpleasant parts.
-
I don't think Bitcoin will ever end up using dollars. The use of the dollar will last a lifetime. However, if Bitcoin is approved worldwide, the use of the dollar may decrease slightly. Because people now think that it is safer and easier to transact with cryptocurrency instead of paper money.
-
Fiat Currencies are in circulation all over the world. For example, the circulation of dollars and fiat money will never stop. These coins will be in circulation all over the world. However, the cryptocurrency industry will improve a lot. Virtual currencies will be much more popular around the world. Virtual currencies will increase the transaction rate worldwide. So the future of cryptocurrency is much brighter in this world. Currently most transactions are done through this virtual.
-
Some of the old community here in crypto space they said there is a probability that Bitcoin can become the world currency, if this thing happen all physical money that made in paper will surely become useless, but all is just an speculations for now, and opinion by others. Let's wait and see, since we all know that the market so far is very unpredictable same goes in the future isn't that right?
-
I see a lot of people asking questions like they say they can stop using bitcoin dollars but I never believe it. Because the demand and popularity of the dollar is much higher all over the world. However, if the cryptocurrency is approved worldwide, the use of the dollar may decrease slightly. Because in the current age of science, people do not want to do anything without digital medium.
-
In future i hope so that the dollar will be finished and the BTC will be used in all over the world. Crypto is the world best market and soon it is going to be legal in all over the world.
The dollar can't be finished that soon as the Crypto market is still not trusted by many users and as per the current market condition many users are leaving the crypto market.
-
Even if Bitcoin or altcoins are growing fast and accepted in most countries in the world, but it won't end the dollar's reign. People still need dollars or other kinds of fiats, they already become a crucial part of human life for years. Dollars have a big role in the improvement of human life. So, people won't leave it and choose Bitcoin/altcoins.
-
Investment and trade on all coins, including Bitcoin, is increasing. The condition of every coin around the world is improving. I think most of the coins are improving a lot. Because the keep to currency market is constantly changing. The current guys create a lot of cryptocurrency market traffic to invest and trade. Especially interested in buying bitcoin. So the traffic on Bitcoin is constantly increasing. So the bitcoin currency is popular in the cryptocurrency industry all over the world.
