In every exchange the is a USDT deposit available. You can use the TRC 20 version of USDT to transfer your funds which cost 0 fees in most of the major crypto exchanges. BTC and ETH withdrawal fees are higher because their gas fees are much higher than other networks which exchange charge from their users.
