Can I participate in this BAND earn program instantly or as in previous programs, I need to subscribe for it and wait for invitation to earn? I remember that was with Stellar, when I had to wait for my turn to earn. Been waiting for more than 1 year already :)

I realle don't know. I am also waiting for more than one year in three tokens, but in last days I did: compound, algorand, maker, celo, zcash, band and filecoin.
