Title: How can get initial blocks in Altcoin clone without using cpu mining

I clone an POWPOS altcoin (blackcoin clone).After compiling ,get coind file . connect two server.One is main server and one is client server for initial mining.
but not see any command to generate blocks by CPU power.
In older guidelines for litecoin fork ,they showed example for litecoin clone as
litecoind setgenerate true  ( for initial block).

I also checked peershares manual mining link.
In this tutorial ,it make by two daemon files in only one server by connecting main net rpcports ,p2p ports and testnet ports.
I follow this link and made as tutorial .it work.
But confuse is ,can this way work in two servers.
Why use testnet ports for generate first block in mainnet.

If here has some altcoin clone guru. give me some guides

I want to know how can initial block mine by command in POWPOS Coin.

if post is in wrong place. move to reasonable place.
