Title: Dogecoin transaction unconfirmed for hours

Hello everyone. I sent Doge to binance . Wallet double checked . My transaction is unconfirmed for 8 hours.
Has anybody faced that problem? does this happen sometimes?

The transaction returned after 24 hours.  I don't know why
