Crypto enthusiasts could make $122K per year mining Ethereum with this setup

All you'd need is 78 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 graphics cards... and a decent air conditioning system.

That will cost more than earning. Nevidia GeForce RTX 3080 is not very cheap and there is a high electricity cost to run that setup. Also, maintenance will be costly and Eth network will also migrate into proof of stake methods so that hardware will be useless after that.

This is all good, but someone takes into account the fact that Ethereum will soon switch to Ethereum 2.0 and it will no longer be possible to mine it with the GPU? In addition, you need to take into account the cost of cards + electricity + service. If the price of ETH falls, then the profitability of mining will also fall as it did during 2018-2019.
