Altcoins and Bitcoin are both cryptocurrency virtual tokens.  Bitcoin is at number one as a popular coin in cryptocurrency.  Altcoins on the other hand is a newly launched token.  But at the rate at which these altcoins are growing in the vagina, very soon it will move to the near stage of bitcoin.

The value of Bitcoin is currently rising. But the value of altcoins has come to a standstill. Bitcoin and altcoin are completely different in the market. The altcoins are Ethereum, litecoin, rippe. The price of these is not increasing much. However, the price of Bitcoin is increasing a lot.

Altcoin and Bitcoin are both products of the cryptocurrency world. The difference is his fate. Bitcoin came first and is currently the prima donna throughout the world. Altcoins are like babies just growing up. But I believe there is a time for them. Both are equally good

The two most popular forums in cryptocurrency are Bitcoin and Alert Coin forums. That's when the price of Bitcoin rises and stays stable. Alert coin tokens will all increase. Maybe this will happen after the price of Bitcoin increases a bit more.

The difference is that Bitcoin is the primary coin, which is indeed the head of crypto investment. And you could say these altcoins are alternative coins that you can choose from, besides Bitcoin, or it can be called a crypto entity.

Why are altcoins unreliable? Altcoins for me can provide an advantage for lower-class investors and not all altcoins can be like that

Basically for me the difference is that Bitcoin is the King, that is, it is the father of everything, without BTC no Alt would have life, that said, when bitcoin begins its bullish career again, as in 2017 we could be talking about a new season in green of the alts.

For me, Bitcoin is like the main coin in the crypto space. It is the first coin created by Satoshi Nakamoto and becomes the most favorite coin among all existing crypto coins/tokens for years. While altcoins are all crypto coins created after Bitcoin and all of them not created by Satoshi.

There are two types of cryptocurrency. They are :
1. Bitcoin, the king of crypto, the first cryptocurrency that is made by Satoshi Nakamoto.
2. Altcoins. These are alternative coins, which means that is the cryptocurrencies besides Bitcoin. They are like Ethereum, XRP, dash, XLM, DOT, and thousand tyes of altcoins you can find in coin market cap or coingecko

Simple. Bitcoin follows or depends on the adoption, investors and it's users but altcoins follows Bitcoin. Almost all altcoins are dependent on the price of Bitcoin either going up and down. Bitcoin is accepted as payment method in some countries around the world compared to altcoins where it even has a hard time on adoption.

In addition, Bitcoin and altcoins is becoming an increasingly prominent battle in the world of cryptocurrency. While Bitcoin still takes up the majority of the market, its alternatives (altcoins) are becoming increasingly popular. Altcoins are often created to resolve some of the limitations of Bitcoin. As a result, altcoins often use different protocols and encryption algorithms.

Bitcoin is the first coin created in the cryptocurrency environment.
Altcoins or alternative coins are the second, third, fourth and so on coins that were created after Bitcoin came and created by Satoshi Nakamoto.

Bitcoin is the best and biggest market for cryptocurrency and usually this alternative coin always follows the market of Bitcoin when the price changes between up and down.

And Bitcoin is a virtual currency that people are working day and night for Bitcoin. I hope the senior brother to explain a little better. Both are digital currencies but with different usage. Due their differences it creates competitions in the market.  But since bitcoin is the Genesis of digital currency and far better than altcoin many choose bitcoin than altcoins also because there were scam altcoins.

Bitcoin is the one and only, and the number of altcoins, according to the coinmarketcap rating, is more than 8 thousand. And none of these altcoins has managed to become as popular among investors as bitcoin.

Bitcoin is the main coin in cryptocurrency, why do I say it is the main coin?  The answer is because Bitcoin is the first Crypto coin born, And now Bitcoin has become the King of Cryptocurrency with the highest price and the highest market capitalization volume.  If we are now unable to buy Bitcoin, then we can buy Alternative Coins (Altcoins) which have a cheaper price but have the same function.  Between Bitcoin and Altcoin, it can be used as a digital currency, invested also traded.
