If you are in Bitcoin/Crypto from 2016-2017 then this should be normal dip for you.
Since this Run start today is biggest Red day in my portfolio but I'm more interested in buying some of those big drops of alts that i have been waiting for.

No i am not depressed Because i think this Down is norma down. It is for market corruption . And market will come back Soon. I think it is not like that 2017. It is normal behaviour of cryptocurrency market. Huge big investors and big renowned institutions are invested in this market. So i think market will come back within short time. So i am not depressed ..

No, I'm not depressed, what happens is what happens in any type of market, it was to be expected that this would happen. What we don't know (at all) is how far the drop will be.

I've only been in crypto since 2017, but this still seems like a completely reasonable and healthy dip to me. Personally I've been waiting for a pull-back since $30K to average more into Bitcoin but that never came. Now I'm just looking at accumulating more Ethereum given it's still at a discount in comparison to BTC premium right now.
I won't be surprised to see Bitcoin below $30K, even though I realise corrections are usually only upto 35% in bull markets (which we are clearly in), I feel it's possible this extends to 40% towards $25K and given how parabolic prices have moved, I'm not ruling out a 50% correction to re-test $20K either.
I consider all of these lower prices as final opportunities to buy Bitcoin before it reaches 6 figures however.

I feel a little disappointed, I think the altcoins season will happen soon, but the market is giving a surprise again with a drop in prices. must be more patient in dealing with conditions like this.

I have chosen a stable coin so that my crypto asset is safe from the downward moving market, then I will buy at a low price, I think the current coin price is slightly corrected, hopefully the bearish trend will not occur this month, because there are still many investors who expect the bull market to continue.

No, I actually made some quick profits through it. Also, there is some normal and healthy correction of the crypto market. Now a lot of money will flow through ALTs and another ALTs season may start now. Future traders should be depressed because 2B dollars worth of long positions been liquidated today.

I think some times price decreasing is good for market. There are lost of coins which are decreasing their price 20-30 % form the last day. It is huge decreasing but very simple. When price got decrease then market correction will be held.

The signs has been there since last week when bitcoin hits 34k. the movement was obvious that the market is under control by whales. they intentionally pushed the market to 40k claiming the institutions are in charge. unfortunately the pull back was insane when 170 billion was pulled out of the market. totally insane and damaging the crypto sector. it's obvious some people are still controlling the market.

Exactly, the market is always going to be about ups and downs, thats why it's risky to invest in any money market, we can't always be expecting the market to go up, they will always be the bullish days and the bearish days, so I don't see why any one should be depressed about it, except they bought at the top which is always a bad idea.

I checked the market and amazed that there are coins almost the same flow of ups and down. I think there is something good will happen next couple of days once the preparation was done. This is not usual scenario. No valid reason to become depressed when there are more chances to recover every loses. The day of crypto is not finished. Crypto will bloom today and the next day's. While I acknowledge that the market is down (as we can all see) I'm still not entirely sure if it's a good time to buy. The good thing about the Bitcoin "crash" is that some altcoins have received a small percentage of the gains of previous days and that makes me think that maybe an altcoin season is coming, but they are just the ideas of a madman. Yes I think It is normal to see up or down crypto currency market. Because crypto currency is very volatile. Keep calm and wait the bullish. You can hold your coin while the bearish market or buy more crypto.

buying and holding some altcoin in time of big dip is a great idea but we still need to consider the fact that every crypto coin has a unstable price and sometimes we dont know when will be the exact time of the real bull run, that is why if we dont have patience we will loss.

Diversifying has always seemed one of the best possible ideas to avoid "surprises" when we invest our money. This is natural, especially for those who make large investments. Sometimes we need to get used to the crypto market knowing that there must be downtrend of cryptocurrency whenever there's bull run in the cryptocurrency market but is unfortunate that altcoins don't normally rise in price value whenever bitcoin is rising in price but the moment bitcoin start falling all other altcoins will join bitcoin to downtrend.

No I'm aware about this situation. This is normal in crypto. Crypto market is volatile. Up down is natural. You can't expect to see green market ever. Whenever i saw this type of dump/correction i take entry in my favorites coin. It's a great chance to buy at discount.

Right, ups and down is the normal process of crypto market. We can't expect green trend every day. If there is no correction, there will not space for the new investors. They try to make entry in a DIP market or even old investors hold their save money in times of DIP. But too much correction is bad for market, it normally creates panic to the investors. After Covid 19 broke out, there is no fear in the market, just normal correction which looks good to me.

It also has down turn. It is the time to hold and wait for price increase. They should not be depressed.
I dont see any reason for been depressed, if they have been in the cryptocurrency market space for long then they must have understand this happens and it is even an opportunity to buy some more crypto of your choice. I understand that investors wants to make more profit as do I, but I wony=t go into depression because market went down.

the current state of affairs in the cryptocurrency market is clearly not related to the depressive state of cryptocurrency users. Moreover, the topic was written back in January 2021, and then I doubt that during the inception of the bull run at the beginning of the year, someone was depressed and panicked. :D

Right mate. The market is constantly changing like what had happened awhile ago. I thought bitcoin and some of the tokens that I constantly watch will continue to increase. But in a sudden Bitcoin experience minor correction. The sudden dump took place. Good thing now bitcoin is recovering. Altcoins are recovering too.

I'm already used to market being down/red/bearish. I have already an immunity for being sad due to that. Even though I'm still young in crypto (being here only for 3+ years), I have already understood that the market will always recover. In a "market being down", right now, I see only opportunity to earn.

Somehow, I am depressed, because most of my coins appreciated so much that I would have used to get some new buys as the deep is still on the deep. It is certain that the market will recover from this price correction, but who knows how long it will take.
Though, with the interest of more and more new investors jumping into the system and financial bodies investing too, maybe the deep is just setting up for new investors to jump in.
