Title: Dogecoin’s Co-Founder Speaks Out Against Abuse
Post by: Rakin343 on February 01, 2021, 12:15:37 AM
This week’s Dogecoin frenzy has had a toll on one unlikely person: its co-founder, Billy Markus, aka Shibetoshi Nakamoto.

Although Dogecoin began as a joke—a so-called “meme coin” that takes the form of a cute Shiba Inu, designed to mock Bitcoin knockoffs—this week’s price increase was anything but: Dogecoin’s price shot from around $0.01 to over $0.04 overnight on January 28. But it later fell back on itself; Dogecoin's current price is $0.027.  more information (https://cryptonews.net/460052/?utm_source=CryptoNews&utm_medium=app&utm_campaign=shared)

It is true that Doge is now on the list of coins that are wanted by everyone, including people who are not responsible for what has happened in every illegal transaction.
Those who trade DOGE only to sell an item or sell an illegal consumption tool, I think DOGE has tarnished its goodness.
This is why the co-founder, Billy Markus, aka Shibetoshi Nakamoto from DOGE gave a warning about this kind of problem.

This is the very reason why Satoshi decided to remain anonymous, personal abuse from agree investors and opportunist, nobody can understand what this guy is going through except himself,  now I get why some devs prefer to remain anonymous.

I am not sure if you are aware that Dogecoin is widely used as a tipping coin, so it found its purpose at this stage as Bitcoin at first was a currency to conduct payments and trasactions and now is becoming a reserve currency rivaling gold or silver maybe doge will become a Bitcoin instead of Bitcoin if we look at the distribution of Dogecoins there are very few big holders the most are under 1000 $in doge
