I run a Crypto signal telegram group and people like my signals so I m now making it membership based only, my question is if many people send BTC or whatever currency to my wallet as a monthly membership fees, how do I know who has sent this. I'm new idk how to see that.
Please help.

You can ask members to provide information about the Bitcoin wallet address they will use to transfer BTC to you, 1 member = 1 wallet address. You should make a statistic table: member - BTC wallet - payment status ...
This way, you can easily control which members have paid for you. To make updating spreadsheets easier, you can ask members to send you the hash immediately after transferring BTC.

Once you have the membership statistics sheet & their BTC wallet, all you need is the hash to ensure that the member has paid for you.
I'm curious: how much is your membership fee per month?

I think proof is the best basis to confirm the payment addey and the sender. Required them to screenshot and send the transaction. To confirm for the second time let them send the wallet addey and identity . You need strong basis to validate each sender. Hence, your statistics will become accurate and reliable.

You can easily get all information about sender. Before sending payment,you should need to provide screenshot of proof . Then all problems will be solved.

Thanks, but I think it won't be hard for someone to generate a fake proof and screenshot it. Idk man : /
Let's suppose 3 people claims that they have sent me payment but I only received 2 which means 1 among them is lying, what's the fullproof method to confirm who has actually sent me payment?

@notfairchild in addition to what @MrSpasybo and @Master107 have told you, the simplest thing (in my point of view) is that you assign a Bitcoin address to each user, it is the easiest way to know who is sending you the payment. If then each user uses a different address to send the payment it does not matter, because you will already know which user it belongs to.
If your users use a Bitcoin wallet that has the option to sign and verify messages, it is also simple, it can be done in several ways, for more information visit the following link:

I'm asking $15 a month but if I have more members paying me I will decrease it to $10.
$10-$15 per month, a pretty big fee, at least for me.
However for traders who are making high profits during the bullrun, $10-$15 is the right fee if they can make $1000-$1500 per month.

If someone sends you something and you get a notification message along with it if the notification is turned on. For example, if someone sends Bitcoin to your Coinbase account, you will see a Gmail message coming immediately. Then you must receive notification. Moreover, if something is received from different accounts, then a transaction hash will come. You can be sure from that transaction hash.

I think to confirm the payment, the person should have a brand, ID, logo to be displayed in the wallet, just like BTC/altcoins have a project name with which the deliver token even in abbreviation,or better still a saved copy of payment details to present.

Like cryptocurrencies have different transction fees etc etc.

True. Last week was total of %300 profit so I think people can cover their fees easily.

Dear, it is simple if anyone will send you the bitcoin to your address then you cannot easily know that who can send you the bitcoins. I gave you a suggestion that asks every member that when they send you the bitcoin then they also send the complete information about them then you can find easily that who has sent you the bitcoin.
