Ranking up in altcointalk is not that kind of difficult the only you have to be doing is making good and quality post....
IMO, it is difficult for the noob to rank up and post a quality if they don't know the world of cryptocurrency and some fundamentals and abbreviation.

After geting 130 post you can make a signature any kind of good bounty.then you fallow the bounty rulls and do work daily .then you can rank up day by day.

For improve you your experience in crypto format you have to lean more and more. For this reason you have to follow every step of senior's like their comments. topics, activities etc... At the same time you have to follow the rules from admin which is pinned in every section of forum. You can follow the local board in your native language where more experienced person written their previous experience in forum. I think you will be gainer gradually.
