Title: When is Ethereum's gas fee relatively low?
Post by: XM8 on March 02, 2021, 05:27:15 AM
For the past few days I have not been able to trade any tokens due to Ethereum's extra transaction fees. When it comes to transactions, it is seen that the price of gas fee is much higher than my budget. And I would have benefited a lot if a brother had said that when Ethereum gas fee is less.

By the way, recently it has become a little smaller than it was in mid-February. I am also confused by the gas price and I am very upset about it.

To be honest with you; etherum gas fee has been very kind this past few days; it is true that most crypto currency wallets ask for 30-40$ fee for each transaction that you make; but in reality; they charge you only 5-10$ and leave your eth for you in your wallet. With time, the fees will  be back to default.

Dont miss an opportunity to make transactions today. It is already noon, and the fees are below 100 gwei, which is very unusual for that time. And unusual for situation on the market, when for last 2 days "everything grows back".

Starting today, the cost gas fee has fallen below 100 gwei.
And maybe it won't be long before the transaction fee will be cheaper again soon.
87gwei for me just fine, if you want to sell coin that are in your wallet, now the time is right

Will ethereum gas costs come down again? because I also want to sell some cheap coins in the market. I find it difficult to predict at the moment

I am also looking forward to seeing this happen because many people expect the same thing. Hopefully soon the gas fee will be back in the way it used to be.

Ethereum gas fees have been at an alarming level for some time.  Because the gas fee is so high now, it is very difficult to sell tokens.  If you want to give a token cell, you must have $30 to $40 in your wallet, otherwise you can't give a token cell.  Although  $5 to  $10 fee is deducted at the time of injection.  I hope this problem will be solved very soon when the transaction fee will come.

Gas fees have now decreased, but it is still expensive and many coins in my wallet are cheaper than gas fees.  I think this is temporary and the fees will increase again when Ethereum starts to rise or fall sharply.

This does not have a designated dates when it will be low or high, the only thing you can do is follow up on eth gas station to keep updated when the gas is down or up, sadly there is nothing much anyone can do than to keep track.

Now the biggest problem is the etherium gas fees. Ethereum gas fees have come down in a few days but have risen again. I can see that while the Etherium price is increasing, so is the Etherium transaction fees. This is really a very sad thing.

Currently, the transaction fee is quite high compared to about 1 year ago, it is almost rare to see transaction fees below 50 gwei, you should follow https://etherscan.io/gastracker to choose good times of the day to conduct transactions. I just made 1 transaction a few days ago with the cost of just 77 gwei = $2.3.

To reduce transaction costs on the Ethereum blockchain, we need:
+ ETH2.0 update is complete, with scalability 15 tps => 1K tps => 10K tps => 100K tps: I don't think the Ethereum team can do it before Q3 this year;
+ The development of layer-2 for Ethereum: the Ethereum community is looking forward to such projects, I think they will be useful to reduce transaction fees in the near future.

There is no specific day or time because anyone or any platform can pay high fees to have their transaction confirms first.

Etherscan's Gas Tracker (https://etherscan.io/gastracker) suggests that moving ETH right now would cost you around $2-$3. Fees for erc-20 tokens is higher. This is probably the lowest you could see because the usual is around 100 gwei (more or less $5). @MrSpasybo posted it first.

That's a bit of a stretch for non-custodial wallets. Which wallet are you referring to?

With time, the fees will  be back to default.
And what number is that? There is no such thing as default in a blockchain that's supposed to be as decentralized as ethereum.

I agree with @MrSpasybo. They won't be able to complete before Q3 or even Q4 the end of this year. But all we know Ethereum network gas fees will come down after successfully completed of Ethereum 2.0 (all three phases). The major reason of increasing gas fees is the emerge of DeFi.

Brother, I don't know how to reduce Ethereum's gas free. Because so far I have not traded any token through Ethereum platform. However, many in the forum are discussing whether Ethereum's gas fee is much higher than other times.I don't think it's possible to reduce this gas fee without the Ethereum community.Because they operate the Ethereum platform.

Yes brother, I think so too, It is not possible to reduce this gas fee without the Ethereum community. It has been very difficult to transact due to the high gas fee of Ethereum for some time. It is not possible to say when this gas is more or less. Today I have done three transactions which showing $12, $23 and $16 fees but in reality 50% of the fees have been deducted from my wallet.

Try checking the price of Gas now, it looks like today the price of Eth Gas is down. Or at least even if it is not according to our expectations, currently the price of Eth Gas is lower than usual.  Or if you want to be patient, I'm sure the price of Eth Gas will go down. Because like the price of Crypto Coins that are also fluctuating, the price of ETH Gas is also fluctuating, sometimes high sometimes low. But the real problem is, when we need it when we want to send tokens but the price of Gas is very high and it's very annoying.

Yes, I see Ethereum gas fee is going down. I hope It will be a good thing for trader, investor be and bounty hunter.   We can do daily trading again and transaction. Because many investors have complained about high transaction fee

We don't know about this, people guess the price of transactions fee will be lower if the ETH 2.0 is launched. But personally, I doubt if the price will be lower once ETH 2.0 to be launched. Ethereum gas fees are expensive because too many people are transferring Ethereum based tokens in a large number. And this will continue till the next bearish season.

If you are sending tokens to an exchange, I think you will need to provide $7 in ETH for your transaction to be successful.
Gas costs are an ongoing problem, but you can work around this by choosing the right time at the time of the transaction, it only takes 59 to 90Gwei to send tokens and view it here https://etherscan.io/gastracker

Recently Ethereum network fees is the main problem to traders because transactions or transfer any ERC 20 based assets don't possible due to high amounts of Ethereum network fees. I can't trade my uniswap listed coins because uniswap a decentralized exchange which transfer fees more than others decentralized exchanges.

According to information I've read that will be done in July, but that is also new discourse there will be an improvement in gas costs. but whether it will happen is likely difficult to predict.
then it is true that you have said that many have tried to innovate in order to avoid high gas costs. and it is not impossible that a coin is trying to maneuver. anything can happen and we are waiting for it.

If the alternative that I have used when I want WD to change to XRP first, then we avoid big costs because XRP is very cheap and very fast.

In fact, we have seen that the price of Etherium has increased since the launch of Etherium 2.0.  But what will happen if the Etherium price increases, With the increase in the Etherium price, the network fees of the Etherium platform has increased several times. It is not possible to say exactly when the transaction fees of Etherium platform will be reduced. I believe that at some point the Etherium transaction fees will definitely come down as the Etherium platform cryptocurrency is in second place. I believe ethereum will  reduce the Ethereum transaction fees.

no one can determine when to return to origin for the fees charged for each transaction. because until now I just heard that it will be done in July, of course it is clear that there is still a long time to go because every day there are many transactions.
the fear is that the trust in the etherum platform is decreasing and there are those who are looking for opportunities to be able to replace their roles with other platforms.
because all will also look for alternatives to reduce the losses that can be obtained from each of these high costs.

The price of Ethereum is very boring but it advisable to move any erc20  base token to other wallets or exchanges during the dip prices, or during coin corrections. I have always target to move my erc20 tokens when there open opportunities even the bear periods. I just hope The Ethereum network improve on it's fees in the future otherwise, many people will reduce their transactions on the network.

Nights on the weekends is the only time when fees are low. That is the only one to move funds cheap and quick. Just get used to paying a lot. Cryptocurrency or Ethereum blockchain is no longer cheap. Cryptocurrency is no longer cheap and quick transactions.
Or move to other blockchain. That is the only way.

The latest news from the developers is that in July the Ethereum chain will activate the "London" hard fork that will solve the current problems of high transaction fees. I find it very sad what is happening, but I find it worse to have to wait so long for a possible solution, it is best to use much cheaper and faster chains.

Gas fee currently averaging $18, the ethereum network is very congested and there is nothing we can do but wait for the fork in July.
If you have a token that can be sold then you can sell it or hold it, but make sure everything you do has gone through some consideration.

The value of all coins in the cryptocurrency world is rising this year. This is very good news for us. But the transaction fee has been rising for several days. All cryptocurrency users are suffering from this problem. It turns out that despite having tokens in our wallet, we are not able to sell them to increase the additional transaction fee.Now the transaction fee is around $20.Expenditure is now higher than income for additional gas fees.

Ethereum gas fees are sometimes slightly lower and sometimes higher.  Maybe the Ethereum transaction gas fee goes down a bit after midnight.  But I always see the same situation.  Sometimes a little less and not less.  However, in such a situation, the Etherium platform will be far behind.  People will move from the Etherium platform to other platforms.  They will lag far behind if the Ethereum platform's high transaction gas fees are not reduced.

But we have to keep in mind that many times the transaction free is much more Cut. We hope to get better information.

Ethereum gas fees are currently much higher because gas prices are rising overnight due to rising prices of etherium coins.  So gas fees must be brought in time because gas fees are currently the biggest problem.  And no one can sell tokens because of the gas fee.

The gas fee because of many transactions. So, it is automatically increased by the system. But I think Ethereum should have a way to fix it, it is really annoying to see big fees for transactions. I often cannot send my ERC20 tokens from my MEW to exchanges' wallets. So, I cannot sell my ERC20 tokens in its ATH this season.

It is very difficult for Ethereum to lower its transaction gas because EThereum itself is now very expensive over 1000 USD, which is why EThereum has very high fees in terms of token transactions from erc20.
Until now, there has not been a third party application that has been able to reduce transaction gas fees from Ethereum because this may be a factor for the miner every time he sends a token.

As some Ethereum developers have said in July a hard fork will be activated that will solve the problem, we will see if this is the case or not. For now, fees will continue to rise as demand for Ethereum and its economic value increase. I wonder if this could not be known before it happened, but the truth is that it is affecting a lot of people and it is also affecting the image of Ethereum.

Coins have not been able to go much further than Ethereum gas fee relations.  These points could not be improved due to unnecessarily high gas fees.

I [ersoanlly cannot determine the right time to get low fee eth. So far, the fee is very high and it is growing high again after we pasting the address for the deposit from the ERC20 wallet. But sometimes, it is still under 100 gwei, and this probably very rare to be found

For the past few days I have not been able to trade any tokens due to Ethereum's extra transaction fees. When it comes to transactions, it is seen that the price of gas fee is much higher than my budget. And I would have benefited a lot if a brother had said that when Ethereum gas fee is less.
Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either.  A few days ago I went to do some Ethereum transactions and saw that it costs a fairly higher gas fee than the amount of Ethereum I have, so how do I do the transaction?  Ethereum is number two in cryptocurrency but I think the popularity of this gas fee has started to decline a little but hopefully it will not last long and will change soon.

@Mj joy the only solution to these problems is to try to carry out the transaction at certain times, there is a small time slot in which the rates are lower, but unfortunately it does not always work, it also depends on the amounts. If we want to continue working with our tokens in Ethereum we will have to wait until July, in addition to looking for alternative chains so that it does not happen to us on other occasions.

Well, if we are talking about the Ethereum gas for the recent situation, we may not be able to say that it is affordable enough. We know that the major issue and problem right now regarding ERC20 tokens i=only lays on the fee itself. Many new projects are finally changing to the BSC wallet, not ethereum wallet.

Maybe when Ethereum returns to 100 USD everything will feel cheap.
I'm not praying for the price of the Ethereum Dump, but in fact it is clear that from the cheap Ethereum price, the transaction fee is cheap.
When the price of Ethereum is expensive, the transaction fee is expensive and please check it now on the cryptocurrency market, right ?

Many crypto users have the same problem as you Yes, Ethereum's current turnover is so high that it is unimaginable There are a few tokens that have become difficult to exchange due to this excess gas Now the question is how long such ethereum transactions will remain in the country. We are optimistic that the Ethereum platform will be able to reduce transactions quickly.

I'm not sure about that, if ethereum's price goes up to $10k, do you think the shipping costs will also go up to $500 in the future?

I don't think that will happen, because the increase in ethereum gas costs is due to the large number of transactions on the network and users are increasing their gas fees to make the transaction go well, therefore miners are increasing their Hastrate so that transactions are confirmed more quickly. Another option is that we can wait for shipping costs under $4 by waiting for fewer transactions on the ethereum network, but I don't know for sure when transactions on the network will start down.

It's very difficult to identify when Ethereum network fees will reduce. But many experts assure that when EIP1559 plafrorm will launch then Ethereum network fees will reduce but not completely sure.

Dont miss an opportunity to make transactions today. It is already noon, and the fees are below 100 gwei, which is very unusual for that time. And unusual for situation on the market, when for last 2 days "everything grows back".
Thank you very much. To give this information. Because I didn't know before that gas is free here।However, I also knew a little bit of this information. Less gas free makes it easier for smaller bounty participants. Now the maximum people are having problems due to the increase in this gas. So we have to find the easy way out. High-ranking officials keep Zeno in mind.

The price of GAS ETH is constantly changing and we can choose and transact when the price is cheap. But in general, the price of GAS ETH is very expensive and this is like a robber in action.

To tell the truth. I don't think that the grass fee will be decreasing moreover the price of ethereum itself is really decreasing at the time. The gas is very big due to the increasing price of ETH, In the past, with 0.006 ETH we can send the transaction for several kind. However, about less than it, we can not do it.That is why it is so difficult to do

Ethereum token gas is so free that it is much more than the fixed price of the token during various transactions. Therefore, it becomes very difficult for us to do a lot of small transactions.  I think it's a big problem. It's going to be a sad and painful thing.  So I think this problem will be solved very soon. Thank you.

As many questions as we have about Ethereum's surplus transactions now, because Ethereum's turnover has doubled since then.People are now getting bored on this platform and changing this platform. But I have no idea when Ethereum's transactions will be less fee.

@Criminal as I have said on occasion (and we have been able to read in the news) the problem of Ethereum's high transaction rates will not be resolved until July, which will be the time when the "London" hard fork is activated in the Ethereum chain. In my opinion it is too long that it leaves people unable to move forward, a shame.

Its a shame to ETH that its users are complaining on a particular thing, and the team and project developers are not saying or doing anything that will correct this situation. Or should I say, that it is part of the ETH 2.0,where the price issue will be resolved. I feel that this is not corrected because miners and the #DevelopmentTeam  are making profits from this and that is why they are not complaining or doing anything about it with immediate effect. Waiting till June or July for the ETH 2.0 is the only solution to this, then we will wait for it, but the team should be aware that there are other company(ies) out there that are hunting for that position and popularity ETH has already made.

The price of GAS Eth is constantly changing.  It can be traded if the price is low or cheap.  But at present the price of GAS is very expensive.  It’s like functionality.

today i sent some of my tokens from a private wallet to an exchange wallet at a cost of $ 40, this is crazy.
but for me this is commonplace. when the ethereum price went up, the fee price was also expensive.
and perhaps the price of transaction costs will immediately fall if ethereum prices have decreased

No one know when the ETH coin fee is going to low becasue in the crypto market still go high and the ETH gas fee is going to high day by day and if the coin comes down then the gas fee is down otherwise the fee go high more.

The fees are relatively low on the weekend, at nights or when there is situation when cryptocurrency prices arent changing significantly. You are still able to catch 80gwei fee on the mornings for a “normal” speed transaction.

Ethereum's gas fee is relatively low when the market is down so Ethereum's gas fee is low. Nothing is possible without etherium At the present time the gas fee of etherium is skyrocketing. We all wanted to increase the price of etherium. This has caused many problems.
