Hi @notfairchild. Personally, I would never do that, any site that is in the cloud, has an internet connection, a LAN or something similar is not a safe option for me. Memory units, laminated paper, metal resistant to high temperatures, those are options that I have been using for years without problems. Your private keys should be as close to you as possible, not on the network.

A private key's is something that should not be shared with anyone. Or should you keep your private key's in a place where no one knows or sees it?However, Google Set does not seem to me personally secure for keeping private keys. Your private key can be stored in a safe place by taking notes on your monitor and then printing them out.

You asked an important question .We should not share personal things with anyone Similarly, private keys should not be shared with anyone Because these are your own things. So you have to store them properly and safely under your own supervision. No one else can understand it.

Not too long ago, I read a story of someone having his tokens stolen. I don't know how his private keys were stolen but he admitted he saved it on cloud service.

Another name I believe in is Google. If I don't trust anyone in the world, I will trust Google. Because they keep our passwords or other confidential information very confidential. So I think Google Seat can be a good medium to see what is private.Because Google is a site saved at all times.

@Tunir Baap I don't trust any company. Businesses are not made to make friends, they are made to make money. Google along with Facebook and others, are the companies that least respect the privacy of their users, as we have seen over the years. There is a multitude of news and sentences from the supreme courts of various countries that prove it. Trust yourself, it is the best for you.

I don't trust google sheet because it is online storage and I only store private keys in excel by creating a security code when I want to open the excel file

Your private keys should be close as possible, not on the internet. I didn't trust such important information for online storage. I would recommend thinking about another storage method as soon as possible!

The private keys of your wallet are in such a place You have to keep it safe from anyone else So that he does not know. Then it is not possible to hack private keys There won't be.Private keys are very hard which is why no one does it Can't hack so it has to be kept in a well active place.

Google sheets? Why not? Personally, I safe some in a word document and keep safely on my Google drive. Mind you; not all the phrase, I divide them into 2/3 parts on different Google cloud and also in somewhere else offline.
So I think saving them on spreadsheet doesn't really matter than how safe the spreadsheet is.

What you say also seems crazy to me. Leaving part of the phrase as you say makes it much easier for anyone with the skill and knowledge of brute force attacks to discover the entire phrase. From my point of view you should not leave anything that has online access. Is safer.

We all have to use different types of wallets to work in cryptocurrency. We all have a responsibility to keep our wallets safe.To keep any type of wallet safe, the private key of that wallet must be kept in a safe place. It has been observed that people often forget anything. But if you save it in Google Seat, it will not be lost. There is no possibility of getting lost from there.Everyone should keep a lot of them safe if they want to work in cryptocurrency.
