Hundreds of projects are launching directly on dex without doing ICO or going through exchanges, here you can share and find some.

ERC20's are always most stable options. I've been investing on CIRUS for a 6months probably and I never look-back. Because I trust the ecosystem they built and trust to the project itself.

I dont understand what you are talking about. Does ERC20 make a token stable? Every coin will dump in the bear irrespective of the ecosystem, fundamental, hype or influencers which makes CIRUS without exception. Defi failed so bad and hype in the bull market has not help it, even with the tokenomics.
