That would be great. If Uniswap can fix to reduce the high gas fees then UNI will go to the moon soon. Excessive gas fees are the main reason to demotivate the investors. I think the authority should do it early for the betterment of Uniswap.

It would be nice, but so far there are no changes and the commission is very high.
