It is not right to be greedy for cryptocurrency. You will be satisfied with what you get. Remember that you will sell or give up anything as soon as your target is met. Too much greed brings regret later that i have witnessed in the past. Once i have 50k Kick worth 1 BTC, i hold for more profits but few months later i sold only 0.2 BTC. This is just an example. So, Taking profits and wait for new investment is good idea. That should not be allowed in crypto currency. there is no rule or law telling no one what you should or should not do when it comes to your investment but it is the sole responsibility of the investor to make this decision by themself, so if they loss that is their own responsibility.

I personally have ones or twice(if I can still remember) been a victim of greed and it sure taught me a bitter lesson, for the one I can remember vividly was way back in 2016, I bought a coin called emc2, it was a very popular coin back then, but to cut the long story short, I didn't have much money back then so I only bought about 15 or 20 dollar worth, it was also cheap, I held and in about a month, the coin started going up, my 20 dollars turned to over 300 dollars in just a space of 2 going to 3 days, I wanted to sell and take my profit but unfortunately for me, greed set in, I started to want more and I said I would wait for 500 dollars, 500 dollars came, i decided to wait for 700 dollars, 700 dollars came, I was happy and decided to wait for 1000 dollars, it rose to about 780 dollars and things began to change, it began to go down quickly, I thought it will come up again but after 2 days, my 780 dollars was Already down to about 120 dollars, I ended up selling at 96 dollars, I was so pained that I swore never to make that kind of mistake again.

Anything concerning greed is never good in handling things properly. Being greedy could lead to one losing everything and that is no good. For instance, when a coin is due for sale and has some good profits that can be taken out, one ending up wanting more, and end up losing everything. I come to understand that the little profit that comes out from crypto or any other form of investment that exits (though non is like crypto coins), take it out and wait for the next buying trend. Some ethics need to be developed to make profits and develop in crypto. Being less greedy is a very hard thing to do in a very profitable industry as such, yet it is very important. In short patience is a virtue in or outside crypto. Being responsible enough to understand what you are dealing with is necessary to anticipate the malfunction strategy in unexpected condition. We are responsible to manage and multiply our asset as much as possible. But we need patience and proper understanding to implement and catch the set goal/target.

I know I too must have spoken about how not to be too greedy but some time you will realize that been greedy is good ;D some time. It give the urge to keep pushing to attain a certain height which could happen if you hodl on to been greedy or Hungry cos if you were not, you probably would have got out of your position before that time and not make those extra profit but you also have to be prepared to be active in the market not to miss any action.

I don't think greed is good and bad at the same time, I think it's just bad. Greed may be responsible for our bankruptcy, with the problems this would bring to our families and our homes. It's funny how some people consider their profit to be more higher before selling, I always believe that once I'm able to get up to 10 percent profit on a coin in spot market then I've made my profit, I learnt that the crypto market is volatile and unpredictable and therefore you must take Profit when neccessary

For me its not like that If I set a target I will not cut my trades sometimes I cut my trades earlier according to the market condition. We all know every time one can not achieve the target even sometimes book loss as well. To avoid greediness one must adapt ourselves according to the market condition. Profit does not profit unless you book the profit and encash it till then it is all virtual money. Actually greed is a natural thing in the investment world.

From the little experience am having in Cryptocurrency one of the first thing i believe you should avoid is Greediness you might endup losing your fund due to Greediness for example you bought a coin and you decide to sell when the coin gets to a particular price but from your own research you believe it won't get there is better you just take your profit even if it is not much or you can just set stop lose so that it will sell it when is about to dump.

So far it's obvious that traders can't kill the greed there got in crypto rather it can be limited, because the crypto price movements can't be predicted perfectly, so a trader in profits will always want to hold on to that trade in search of more profits, sometimes it might turn out to be prices pumping continuously while sometimes it might dump after holding for long, so for me I would suggest the best way to limit greed is by taking out capital and 50% profits if we feel prices had pump so high and might continue pumping.

IMO and base on my experiences and observation I can tell that greediness is just normal in the crypto industry, As we can see if the greed of each investor is accompanied by luck this kind of greediness will resulting in massive gains that can change their life forever for me that kind of greed is not bad as long as you didn't use it to take any advantage of other people weaknesses

I think there are two very important things when it comes to controlling greed:
1. Learn about trading psychology. This can make you more self-aware and realise easier when your emotions are taking control over your logical brain.
2. Have a detailed exit plan AND follow it. Don't just buy a cryptocurrency and forget about it - determine what price it has to reach before you exit. And if you think it will still go higher after it reached the target, still stick to the plan of selling the coin, and buy it again afterwards. Well I'd been greedy in the past years and I ended up losing money so it was not good for me. I thought the price will recover so I keep holding but it went down and down until I give up I sold them all. That time I just invested in shit coins so unlucky for me. We have different strategy to earn from cryptos but for me I'll just be contented what I earn and not to be greedy.

Be greedy is normal for investors,but we must be careful. As you said, when we have reached target, we should sell our coin as soon as possible.
Because we cannot predict what happen tomorrow.
I have lost several time, because greedy.
And I learnt from it.
