Title: How to restore Doge with seed phrase (created using Dogeparty in 2015)

If anyone can solve this issue I will gladly share some DOGE.
In June 2015 I created a Doge wallet using Dogeparty (a clone of counterparty wallet I believe)
I have the 12 word seed phrase but after many hours of research I cant find a wallet to restore the DOGE using the aforementioned seed phrase.
I have attempted some wallets like Coinomi and Exodus (I think) Coinomi doesnt recognize the first word of the phrase like the word dictionary used for Dogeparty is different from other standards. With Exodus (or other wallet) simply got not valid seed phrase after typing all 12 words and hitting enter.

Any insight would be very much appreciated.
